Is this the full mask just without headgear?

When I received mine, it came with the headgear.

How do you measure for correct size?

Is this easy to take apart and clean? How do you clean it with the memory foam?

Very easy to take apart, mask snaps off the frame and the hose snaps off the front of the frame. I have a SoClean machine I throw the mask and hose into without the frame, shut the lid and it is all fresh and clean by the time I use it the next night!!!
