This is a superb product on every count. It took me a very long time to find a formula like the one present in this supplement, as I was needing only very specific minerals in very specific doses to complement a particular regimen I am pursuing (a thiamine therapy protocol that depends, for its effectiveness, on just the right supportive minerals). So when I happened on this product, I ordered it enthusiastically and have continued to rely on now for many months via steady re-orders. A few days ago, I penned a review for an entirely different supplement (not minerals, not by the maker of this product) that was quite scathing, because THAT product had arrived to me in a package utterly lacking in a standard safety seal, and either through my own error or a technical error at Amazon, that scathing review got posted for THIS wonderful product instead, alas. I apologize profusely for not catching the error sooner, and Iḿ hoping that by now, my deletion of the erroneously posted review of an entirely unrelated product has gone through. If you need an original and well-conceived mineral supplement, DO definitely by THIS lovely item.

My recent metametrics shows deficiency with zinc, magnesium and chromium in blood. I ordered this once I saw that it has all vitamins I needed. Before taking these, im always bloated, intolerant with cold air ( aircon or electric fans), has digestion issues always sneeze in the morning and with runny nose. I also searched that zinc helps retain body heat which could have cause all other illness. The moment i took the pills, I started to feel warmth on my feet and could tolerate being in an air conditioned room again. The following morning i am no longer sneezing and most of my symptoms are gone. It's been a week, though I still sneeze once in a while, I feel like I'm much better now. So far no side effects while taking it.

My health and intake of quality whole foods and vitamins is very important to me. I am very happy with the Smarter Vitamins products. Since February I have been taking their Vitamin C and Microminerals. I stopped taking the L-Theanine and had to get more because I missed the results. Every product has digested well. No heartburn or ill affects that you might see with cheapo vitamins. It actually worked for the first bottle but my stomach was not the same after the first batch. Can’t explain it but I have to try something else.

I like the fact that you get the Zinc (Bisgylcinate Chelate) along with manganase, boron, chromium, selenium and molybdenum in the mix. I'm no vitamin and suppliment expert but I am super dilligent in researching what will work best for me. This personally fits the bill. I've also ordered other suppliments from Smarter Vitamins and I'm very happy with their products, especially the Natural Vitamin C. Their prices are really good and there is one further thing about this company that's absolutely wonderful in this day and age. I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since 2016, and have been taking levothyroxine for it. I’ve also just ordered a very well-reviewed brand’s desiccated thyroid with liver to try rotating into my supplement routine. I've been using this trace minerals supplement for a few weeks now, and I'm really liking it. With supplements it's always a bit tricky to figure out if they're actually doing anything, since it takes the body a while to adjust to the new addition. I purchased this after I started showing signs of idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis (which is an unnecessarily bulky name for "mysterious white spots") and discovered that a deficiency in trace minerals could be the cause. My white spots are definitely fading, and I haven't added any other new supplements to my regimen, so I credit this product for the healing. Icing on the cake, they offer you a free bottle of your choice once you've used the product for at least a week. And, unlike other vitamin companies I've encountered with this type of promotion, they don't force you to write a review to claim it. Thanks, Smarter Vitamins!! Very happy with these micromineral. I usually avoid blends since they often contain iodine and I have Hashimoto Thyroiditis, which is a no no. I love that this has selenium (helps regulate thyroid) and zinc. Zinc is the reason I originally sought out microminerals... I wanted to heal some breakouts on my skin and have an overall nicer complexion. It definitely worked. Love this stuff and highly recommend. Also just a note about their customer service... I put an inquiry on their website and was called a few days later by a very helpful man. :)
