Very good
I'm using it after every meal and I'm very happy with its functionality. Even after brushing and flossing, the irrigator still removes 1-2 minuscule particles. Where from?????? I'm impressed. Now I'm hoping for a long term durability.

Very helpful
I have crown on many teeth and after food it was impossible to use usual floss and had always a risk of crown going off. Water flosser does the job very well without the risk and this one has battery that last really long. The pressure is just perfect. I love it.

Non adjustable
You have few speeds but you can't adjust them easily. Fabric setting is HARD. If you'll pick up MILD, then put in mouth and start, you'll get HARD speed as setting is change in very fast back to fabric settings. ONLY way is to change settings and start with tool already in your mouth but not seeing what you're setting up.
