I am almost 40 had have been diagnosed with MTHFR. I added this to part of my daily supplements to try to stabilize some symptoms. I also have cut folic acid out of my diet. The two things together have helped so much. I notice a huge boost in energy when taking this supplement. I also feel like I get a more restful night of sleep when I take it. My joint pain has decreased, but I do not know how much was change of diet and how much was adding this supplement. If you are committed to dropping folic acid and cleaning up your diet, this stuff is fantastic to add. A little bit goes a long way. It tastes okay, not great but if fine for a few drops. Dropper is quality. Doesn't leak and is easy to use.

I am a adult woman whom has autism and extreme ADHD I do take medication daily as well as the methylfolate dropsevery morning. I feel it helps with focus and mental clarity. The drops are sweet tasting with sla hint of cherry flavor. I like that the liquid is red it makes it easier to see how much you are taking. Ive taken it for around 3 years now. I really feel it is very beneficial.

Gives me calm and clear thinking. I used to have a hard time memorizing scripts but this stuff really helps me out. I’m 51, and I had problems for years. Now, I’m doing great. One positive problem. Unfortunately need another supplement due to my wonderful genes. But I actually take this supplement last, it's like a treat after my 10 other pills in the morning. Tastes like dark berry, which I enjoy! Haven't noticed any benefits yet, but hopefully my blood work will be good!

I have been on Methylgolate liquid for close to a month and I have noticed a better regulation in my nervous system. Doesn’t irritate my stomach either. The flavor of the flavor taste fine to me. I will definitely buy again.
