These work great! They are easy to plug in. Setup is simple with SmartThings. No custom firmware needed they work right out of the box. They are small and they fit right into light switches or inside the electrical box the lights are mounted to. The way my house is wired, most of the lights have the neutral wire in the electrical box above the light fixture, so these work great without having to rewire like I would if I wanted to replace the wall switch itself with a smart switch. My only complaint is that the lights can’t be set up to use a momentary button. if you turn the light off remotely, then flip the switch to turn the light on the switch might be in the down position with the light on. Not a big problem, but a small complaint that I hope they address with the next version of these. I used the SONOFF WiFi devices for a while. My router struggled with 40 smart devices connected in addition to everything else. The switch to Zigbee takes care of that problem while simplifying setup and (ideally, I didn’t test it) using less standby power. The devices also say they work as a zigbee repeater so you might just install some if you have any problems with zigbee devices dropping offline. If they are far from your hub, this could help. I absolutely recommend them so far. I’ll update if they have any problems. So far they’ve been running for a week reliably.

Great little switches

Excelente producto, fácil instalación y funciona perfecto. Considera que tienes que tener un hub, en mi caso un Echo 2da generación los detecta enseguida. Considera que este modelo es para caja de paso ya que requiere neutro para funcionar.

Es muy buen producto, muy pequeño y cabe muy bien en el hueco del apagador o contacto, es importante saber que manejan un protocolo de comunicación diferente por lo que no es detectado por el WiFi, se debe comprar un aparato adicional para que lo reconozca y pueda funcionar, busquen un bridge Zigbee o cuálquier aparato que permita el control de estos dispositivos con la tecnología Zigbee de otra forma no los podrán usar.

Make sure you pick the correct one with or without neutral, but once you have that these are amazing and work perfectly in home assistant. Best part is the wall switch stays fully functional and the smart side knows the status for turning on and off.
