This system is very easy to set up and the range of the camera's signal is exceptional, as is the video quality. My system came with 12 cameras but can support up to 16. I guess I need 4 more. Be aware that it can take a few minutes for a camera to sync with the system and show up on the screen.

Quality picture, easy installation, I like that it is viewable on the app as well as the monitor in my office. There was an issue with the recording hard drive, but customer service was quick to help and sent out another one quickly.

This system is well beyond my expectations considering the price point. The video quality is excellent. There have been a few major storms pass through since the installation of the system has begun. The cameras have held up well to the weather. There been a couple of occasions that required support. The Hiseeu customer service is at least as good as any other company I have dealt. In fact their response time is the fastest I have ever experienced. I enlisted the help of a neighbor who is experienced with security system. He is very impressed with the systems quality and ease of setup. I highly recommend this seller.

The DVR does not work. It will not map to the hard drive. I requested a replacement DVR and the same thing with both even though they have 3 TB hard drives installed. Cameras are very good. One DVR recognizes the cameras and the other does not. I returned an email to the company after they asked me if I like the product and told them that out of Two DVR's none of them work. And no response. Bad company

Setup was really easy with easy to read detailed instructions. Everything worked perfectly right out of the box no problems so far. I like that everything is recorded locally 24/7 to the hard drive and only gave 4 stars because cloud storage prices are per camera and I have 12 and options are motion or 24/7 monthly/yearly. Also AI detection costs more per image/pet/person.

I found the camera system to be very easy to set up and the cameras are good quality,I had a question for customer service and they responded quickly and were very nice.

The cameras can be finicky to set up, I have one that is 4 feet away and it loses signal all the time. And I have some across the house that work all the time... they need to add an option to use my own house wifi to set up cameras through there system it would make the camera connection more stable.
