Logitech H570e USB-C Wired Headset with Microphone PC and Mac - Black

I needed a comfortable replacement headset for work, and this one fits the bill. The ear pads are much softer than the standard office headsets I’ve used, and I can wear it for long calls without the “itchy” feeling some other models cause. The audio quality is very good on both the microphone and the speakers, and it’s easy to adjust for a comfortable fit. One thing to be aware of is the mute button on the inline controller. It’s easy to press accidentally if the controller gets caught between my desk and my body, but the headset gives a clear audible beep when mute is activated, so it’s immediately noticeable. The only improvement I would suggest is adding small tactile markers (one dot, two dots, etc.) on the controller buttons so they can be identified by touch without looking. I plan to add a couple of small glue dots myself. Overall, this is a well‑built headset that should last for years. It’s comfortable, sounds good, and works reliably with both PC and Mac. A strong choice for daily work use.

I love this headset! I have an old Logitech that I used before when learning Spanish from Rosetta Stone, but my new Mac computer doesn't have those left/right inputs for a headset any more. I went with another Logitech with the USB-C connector and it works great! The headset is comfortable and sound quality is decent for what I use it for. The microphone is picking up my Spanish pronunciation way better than my built-in mic does. Excellent quality for the price.

We got one Logitech H570e headset for my office on a trial basis since this headset is a new product only available on Sept. 18, 2024. The first general impression at our office was that the headset looked and felt good quality but the headphones were very small. After our testing, we quickly found out that the small earpieces were rather comfortable and the audio sound is very clean. The noise cancellation works surprisingly well considering these headphones are only for regular office use. The noise cancellation was a big selling point for several people at my office since it can get a bit noisy at times. The mic filtered the sound from our office very well as we were able to hear the wearer's voice only on the other end. Headset is very light which is great for extended use and the cable controls were another nice plus. Our office is very pleased with the overall quality and performance so we will order more for our team. It is still too early to speak on the longevity of this headset but this is usually not a problem with Logitech products in our experience. Highly recommend this product as it is a nice step up from the standard $15 office headsets without having to overspend.

The sound quality of these headphones is fairly good (while ever so slightly muffled). I like that you have a wider range of volume selection (the volume moves in smaller increments than a product like the Apple ear buds) but I don’t love the fit. The round, padded earpieces are quite small compared to your ear size (see photo comparison next to palm of my hand. For reference I have small hands). I have small ears and the earpieces don’t fit fully around your ear. Since the earpiece doesn’t fit fully around the ear and fit flush against the side of your head when worn, the headband of this product feels tight. The ear pieces add additional pressure against the side of your ears and head, making your ears hurt after a while (especially for people who wear glasses). I prefer to avoid cordless headphones or earbuds. I’ve seen articles suggesting that you’re subjected to more radiation from wireless headphones and earbuds. I do like that these headphones have a USB-C plug in cord which is compatible with my newer Apple products such as the iPhone 15. The cord is also fairly long so you don’t feel tethered to a device when in use. There is a convenient volume control located on the cord, not to mention the added bonus of a microphone mouthpiece that can be flipped down when in use, and making a call, or flipped up when not in used. Overall I’d say these headphones were a good buy for the price point and would recommend to others. The headphones seem well made, durable, and I like that the headband is padded where it rests on top of your head.

This is a great headset with good sound and volume. It is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. My only complaint, I wish that the little control thing on the cord had a clip on it. It falls at the exact place where the desk top hits me, so often will mute, raise my hand on a call, adjust volume and sometimes disconnect the call. I’d love to be able to clip it to my shirt or to a higher point in the cord.

Great microphone with clear sidetone - lightweight, and good sound quality - perfect for a full way of work! I installed LogiTune app and set the sidetone to 100% then plugged the headset to another computer- lo and behold the setting persists! This is important because this is a gift for my mom, and I she can just use it straight out of the box for her new job :)
