Have been using this product for more than 2 months now and overall happy with this product. Heating is optimal, may not be as high as in standalone heating belts. Massager is Ok types, may not be equivalent to hand held massagers but still is decent. One main disadvantage about this product - the Velcro loosens quicker than expected(2 months in my case) which is unexpected with this kind of high pricing, quality of Velcro could have been better !!! Need to find a way to repair this, first with product customer support, if at all available. Apart from that the product performs its function as expected. 3rd Nov update : Downgrading the review star by 1 point.The Velcro is becoming totally useless and without this the product does not serve the purpose. Tried reaching the NIVKart customer care for support from September but still don’t have a solution from them. After spending few thousands and not receiving after sale support is quite disappointing. 30th Nov update : Got the Velcro repaired by NIVKart itself. They ensured the product was picked up and delivered without much hassles. Appreciate their gesture !!! Hopefully the Velcro lasts long !!! The product performs inline with my expectation, happy to have purchased this product.

Very useful. Purchased it for my father who is 91 years old with issue of pain in lower back. The heat and massage provided by this Belt did wonders. No more complaining about his back now

This is perfect for anyone that has a sore back. It's easy to put on and does not twist and turn like a regular heating pad. Cord is long enough so that you can lay in bed with it and not get tangled up and there are no bulky batteries pressing against your back. It has a a timer and an automatic shut off. It is easy to clean with a damp towel. It has an extra attachment if you're a larger person so that it'll fit all the way around your back. And the functionality is great you can use it in the bed or in a chair.

Great product got one for myself and mom, made a great gift she loved it. The belt holds it snug so it warms up quickly and efficiently. The massage is a great plus. I sleep in mine feels amazing.

As a 51 yo lifelong athlete & FT desk jockey, my back finally said “enough” about 3 months ago. Was in rough shape with herniated & bulging discs impinging on a nerve. Went through PT, added in chiropractor, keeping up with exercise, utilizing standing desk, but still dealing with end of day aches and discomfort which had me looking for something more - enter this little wrap. Reading reviews that sounded miraculous, I ordered it thinking it was worth a shot. When it arrived it was packaged nicely and I was pleased that it was well constructed, but when I turned it on I was underwhelmed. The heat was nice but the vibration felt lackluster. My 22-year-old daughter put it on and said to her it felt great, so clearly this is subjective to each user. Despite my initial Impression, I didn’t return it (even though it sat on the counter for about a week while I decided). Honestly it was the holidays and I just couldn’t be bothered. So glad I kept it! Fast forward a couple weeks, my back is aching, and I figure since I have this thing I might as well use it. Wrapped it around my waist, put it on heat & least offensive massage, and plopped down on the couch. Even though I didn’t find the sensation immensely joyful, my back responded favorably. The dull aching was gone and the heat helped loosen everything up. Fluke? Fortunately not! I’ve been using it consistently when my back is a little cranky. Usually at night I put it on, stretch out in bed, sometimes I cycle it multiple times while I read a book. The heat is wonderfully hot and I often switch to low or off before the cycle ends. I pair it with Advil, sleep comfortably (which is SO important), and wake up feeling good! That alone makes this thing worthwhile. Is this a miracle fix your back pain? Probably not by itself, but is it a marvelous tool to have in your arsenal along with other techniques? If my experience is any indication - yes! One note: I do wish the cord was a little longer as it limits options on where I can use it. Just a heads up if your home has limited outlets - might take a little planning for an outlet strip, but I wouldn’t let that stop me from purchasing.

This is a nice belt that heats up well and is padded and comfortable. It has three vibration modes, but they're all annoying patterns, there's no constant option. I'm probably going to send this back because of it.

Perfect for the lower back area and period cramps! This wearable plug in heating pad is nice and simple to use, and provides a comfortable amount of heat and massages pretty well too. I personally love it, as it does a great job at soothing my lower back/lumbar pain. The massage itself is more of a vibration, and you can set it to 3 different patterns with 2 intensities. The heat also has 2 intensities, but both are comfortable. You wear this like a belt, and the extra piece that increases the size of the band stays in place and still is comfortable to wear, and the band itself is thick enough but not too thick to feel the massagers pressing into you. You can also flip it over so the cords lay on your left or right side, which can help with where you're plugging the massage belt in, and you can even wear it on your belly to help soothe any discomfort you may be experiencing there as well.
