Installed much easier than expected, Looks great!
This screen was used to screen in my 25 year old deck - with all the warped pieces, settled footings, etc. I purchased a 50 foot roll. It is at least 60 feet! a good thing, because my requirement was pretty close to 50 feet - and you must cut a bit oversize for installing. I don't know why some report this as being fragile. It's pretty darn tough! I was going to use one of the commercial systems to add a splining system. I played with some sample pieces for a few days, and found it was a real PITA just to cut pieces EXACTLY to size, remove "burrs" left by the cutting, and aligning PERFECTLY at the ends. If not perfect, it looked pretty bad. I opted to construct a wooden stapling surface all around the deck "window" perimeter that is on the the same plane as the surface of the 4 X 4 deck uprights to the roof. I stapled the screening to this and the 4 x 4 uprights, covered the staples with strips of wood painted to match the house color. These strips not only hide the staples, but should prevent them from pulling out if the screen is pushed by wind, an errant elbow, etc. Then, it was easy to trim off the excess screening along the edges of the wood strips with my trusty pocket knife. I purchased a high quality cordless Makita stapler for this project. It worked flawlessly. Staples all driven in properly (except one that I pulled the trigger on before it was aligned properly), no jams, no double strikes, etc. It was pretty expensive, and is fairly heavy, but is a well worthwhile piece of equipment. MUCH better than the corded electric stapler I bought for about $35 a few years ago.

Good stuff.
Durable. Stretch made it easy to install and keep tight. I was originally worried it might be too tight of a screen making it “hard” to see through and possibly change the look of the porch. It was perfect, exactly what I wanted. I used it with the box store screen base and white snap on covers. I ordered the wider roll so I could run the screen the same direction to prevent color change. I don’t think it would have mattered, the screen sections looked the same regardless of direction.

No flaws in this screen
This is the second time I have ordered this screening. It arrived with no damage, which is a miracle since it was shipped wrapped in plastic instead of in a box as the first order was. I used around 50 feet to re-screen the porch and did not encounter a single flaw in the fabric. The fabric is strong enough to withstand stretching without tearing. Use caution when installing to avoid ripping it with your spline tool. Don't try to over stretch. Can't address the pet proof issue, don't have one. But I doubt any screening will withstand an over zealous pet. The quality of this product and its ease of installation makes it a great buy at the current price point.

Good quality and great value screening
Roll of screening was rolled tight and packaged well. Material was easy to work with. It cuts well with sharp knife but seems very tear resistant. It doesn't kink when handled. I used it for replacing multiple large (6-1/2 foot square) openings in a pool enclosure and one large irregular roof panel using flat spline. I had no experience with installing screen before and was concerned I may have bitten off more than I could chew. The side panels were easier than expected, the first one taking maybe an hour or so. Other side panels went quicker and all side panels tightened well. I used special clips from Advanced Screenworks to secure each panel prior to installing spline. I suspect this made the job much easier and even the large panels I could do alone. The roof panel was very difficult for me with my inexperience and having to work over/around a pool from the inside. I'm not sure I'd attempt another roof panel on my own, simply too difficult without staging and this one took me most of four hours. I was happy with the result but the screen wasn't as tight as I would have liked.

Excellent Screen! Clear views, easy to install, easy to work with.
I bought this to re-screen our back porch. I had aluminum screen that had been there for about 8 years and was worn out (stretched, loose, chewed through from squirrels). I just put it up this past weekend (5/2 - 5/3) and the results are great. I am so happy with this screen, and the delivery in the middle of the stay at home Coronavirus was an added plus. I purchased this because of the great reviews and the price when compared to similar products at my favorite DIY stores. This screen was very easy to work with...much easier than aluminum screen. I suggest having two people if possible to you can line it up evenly, but I did most of it by myself and had no issues. Note: I don't have a notch to use spline (would probably be perfect if I did), so I used a staple gun. I think it will hold just fine since I left about 2" of overlap all around and it also has 1 x 4 overtop of it to protect the points of attachment. All you really need is a staple gun to install it. Since I have the border covered around it with 1 x 4, I used some deck screws as well, but that's all based on your preference. Installation tips: 1. Measurements - allow for about a 2 - 3" overhang all around. This will help you put multiple staples into the edge as you attach it so you can pull it taught. 2. Pre cut - the rolls are large and would be awkward to work with, so measure (twice) and cut the length BEFORE you get on the ladder:). 3. Start from the top - I suggest putting a staple at the top in each corner, checking to make sure the bottom length is covering what you need, then fastening the top with about 8 staples evenly spaced. Then, pull the bottom taught (it doesn't have to be super tight - just a bit of a stretch will do it) starting in the middle (on staple), then one on the right, then one on the left, then finish the bottom. Work your way up one side (pulling it just a bit taught), then down the other (pulling it so it flattens out the screen). I will upload a picture when the review allows for it. In the attached picture, the left panel has the screen and the right doesn't. You can barely tell the difference (which is good). I took it from about 5 feet away. I definitely recommend this screen. I would order more than you need in case this brand ever goes away and you need to fix a section. Luckily I have enough left over should I ever have to redo some panels.

I feel Fiberglass is the better option
I found that fiberglass material is the way to go. Looks better, stronger and should last longer than the cloth material. It is easier to install in a new or remove and install on a window frame. Would also work great on a screen door.

Really recommend for anyone with dogs & cats!
Absolutely love this screen & would 100% buy it again. As soon as we replaced our old screen with this my cat decided to go test it out (go figures lol) & she was so surprised when her claws didn’t tear it! It’s honestly the best product and I’m very pleased with it. 10/10

Perfect SCREEN!!
I like that it stops the bugs when I staple it to a frame and make a box to hide in. I live in a place with a lot of mosquitoes, so being outside is not pleasant. I used this screen to make a place for my cats to be outside and not be bothered by bugs, and also they cannot get away. It was a perfect purchase!! I am now going to use it for other projects, some of the greatest stuff in the world, I can fix so many things now with this screen. It is 100ft, amazing purchase, would buy again if I ever need another 100ft of screen. Oh yeah, also high quality. If you are hesitating because of some of those negative reviews, ignore them and pull the trigger.
