Works exactly as I had hoped. Easy to connect via bluetooth for the first time, and usually connects each time thereafter. However, it does not always connect every time. I have been using this for the last few weeks and at least 5 times, it has cut out randomly, but usually reconnects. Despite the few connection issues, this works great. I don't have to plug in my phone. Which is perfect when running errands or going for a quick trip. One side effect I had not considered - on longer trips, I rely on wired CarPlay to charge my phone, which won't happen now. Just wanted to mention it here, as I had not thought about it at first.
