Great product. We have a large family and this fits a lot of dishes, makes dishwashing much easier. I love that it expands when needed. The feet keep the counter from getting gunky underneath the drip tray. The spout directs water perfectly.

Roomy for varied dish types such as cutting boards, knives, and other items that don’t get washed in the dishwasher. Sits off the counter, which is nice for cleaning. Looks better than just a wire dish drainer. On the other hand, you do notice it sitting on the counter. The drain spout doesn’t pivot so it requires removing and repositioning. Make sure you position it the way you want because it’s not easy to snap on and off.

I've had this about three months and never thought I'd care enough about a dish rack to write a review, but here we are. I love this. Best dish rack I've ever had. Sturdy, spacious, the knife area is very appreciated, the drainage works great, and it fits a ton. I have a family of six. Our dishwasher broke a month ago and still the company can't seem to send one that doesn't break in transit, so we do dishes after every meal nowadays. I can usually get all dishes on this, plus all the stuff I use to cook the meal with. So glad I bought it before the Great Dishwasher Travesty. The only complaint is the cup holder works best with shorter cups. With tall ones it sometimes tumbles, at least, it does when my preteens do dishes. They don't have an issue though when they only put shorter cups or mugs on it.

Great product. It fits a ton of dishes but doesn't take up too much space. It's sturdy. I've had it for at least a year and there are no signs of rust or wearing out.

I'm used to having the utensil holder closest to the sink and didn't realize I could not turn this around due to how the drainage works. The rails are a little shallower than I would like them to be and the cup holders needed to be more upright. The size of the rack is nice and good quality.

My only complaint is how tall this strainer is. My house is old and my upper cabinets are LOW. That's more a me problem than a product problem. I love the water direct spout, it's extremely stiff to snap in place!!!! I had to use pliers and the counter top edge to snap it on. Otherwise I love this thing! It fits my 6l baking pan with plates the utensils strainer actually strains down the the other dishes which is great! I'm definitely getting my sister one for Christmas.
