Maltodextrin is a weight gainer! I am going back to the other brand.

One serving of this particular Serrapeptase equals two capsules, which equals 120,000 SPU or 60 milligrams. Therefore, one capsule would equal 60,000 SPU or 30mg. Most research indicates 10 to 60 mg daily, depending on the condition you're wanting to help. Google "benefits of Serrapeptase" to find more info.
