I recently upgraded my 2008 Ford F-250’s stereo with a PLZ 7” model. It replaced my factory stereo and gave me all the perks of CarPlay. The installation was a breeze thanks to the helpful installation guide included in the package. The QLED screen is super clear and bright, even on sunny days, and the sound quality is loud and clear. CarPlay works like charm, connecting instantly when I turn on the truck and with its voice commands, it’s super user-friendly. The fast charger is also a great feature to have. Customer service was top-notch! I reached out to them for a boot logo and any software updates, and they responded promptly, sending me the logo and updates within a few hours.

I am so impressed with this unit, it works really well and the service is great. Up loaded the car manufacture logo and it looks great on start up. Looks like it came from the factory as standard equipment. Apple play connects and works as it should, great update for my car!!

This has been the coolest & somewhat best radio purchase I’ve made in a long time. I have so many likes about the EQ because I run both the radio amp to 4 speakers & an amplifier for an additional 4 speakers (8 total), plus my 15” sub with amp. The balance is greater than my older radio & subwoofer could finally be set to 50 HZ with a separate bass control built into the radio! It works with my older reverse camera because I have been lazy to replace with New one yet. It’s disappointing that you can only get YouTube to actually playback videos on the screen during Mirror mode, and that still has a slight audio lag. I might try a separate video player device to hook through AV so I can maybe get DVD video to play on both screens, but I was unsuccessful getting any streaming services to play on screen through Car Play or Mirror mode. So disappointing there, but understandable because it’s still illegal to offer video to a driver. Legal liability. So I’m not to upset, haha, I’ll find a way. I was unhappy with the front camera operation as I purchased the only model that works with this type of setup, (not offered by seller) so you should get a USB powered one like ai will be trying or a separate dash cam setup. **It has frozen once & I had to shut off my vehicle for a few seconds so it could shut off & I could restart** then it was fine. The EQ alone is 60% of my approval and the rest would be the smooth touch screen capability & volume. Easy to learn & navigate. Also navigation with Waze on your phone is awesome to have up on screen with your music player as well. Always have your phone charging. On and on, it’s worth the cheap cost vs past radio costs & capabilities!

So far the MP-928W unit has been great, especially for the price. Screen is amazing, sound clarity is better than expected (bass doesn’t have as much punch as previous Pioneer unit), super easy install. Contacted company through email for a boot logo (Toyota) and firmware update and received in a couple hours. Using ApplePlay and it connects fairly quick in a couple seconds. Screen is easy to see in the daytime and dims when lights are on, very crisp. Haven’t hooked up backup camera yet, but tomorrow I will. Only negative so far is the button placement of volume at bottom, they are more difficult to hit, but could be a simple adjustment to the brackets holding in unit. For the price it’s tough for even the big names to compete. Only time will tell.

Prior to purchasing, I conducted a full product research, reviews and product comparison. Far as Amazon purchasing, I'm looking for the best price coupled with the highest product review. I take in account the star rating in relationship to the number of consumers rating the product. I follow this by reading a few of the highest ratings as well as the lowest ratings and try to make a sound judgment through all my research. I purchased the 7" - 902w May of 2024 and I couldn't be anymore satisfied. The ease of use, touchscreen responsiveness and clarity, the sound clarity, all highly impressive!!! A comparable quality product from a well-known name brand would cost double or more. As I said, I purchased the 7" May of 2024. Therefore, I can conclude that it's a highly reliable, dependable and overall top quality unit. I'm so pleased with PLZ that I recently purchased the 10" version, mp-108. Lastly, I must mention PLZ Customer Service Team. Their customer service aims to please, assist and provide outstanding customer service. Their units allow for customizing boot-up and wallpaper screens. Customer service promptly assist you with personalization as well as any firmware updates required. Any issues, concerns and or assistance you may have, PLZ Customer Service Team will respond immediately and promptly resolve all. A 100% satisfied customer

Pairing the “PLZ 7” stereo with my phone was quick and painless. Once connected, the signal stayed strong even when I was moving around the car. Calls came through clearly with almost no dropouts. Overall, it felt reliable for daily use. This unit slid right into my dashboard without any major gaps or wobbling. The brackets that came with the radio worked great with my double-din kit. I used it in my 2005 Honda Civic, and it looks like it was meant to be there. The frame feels solid and matches the look of my car’s interior. I had a Kenwood x595 before this,s and the audio feels pretty similar with my JBL speakers. With 240 watts of output, you can crank up the volume without distortion. Mids are clear, and highs stay crisp at higher levels. Bass is punchy as well. It is nice to have CarPlay and use it for my navigation instead of my phone. The QLED screen is bright enough to see in direct sunlight and never feels washed out. At night, I could dim it so it did not blind me on long drives. The color and contrast make the CarPlay interface look sharp. Apple CarPlay loads quickly once I get it all set up. Bluetooth audio streaming felt seamless when switching between phone and built-in apps. There is a tiny bit of latency, but that's to be expected when you buy a cheaper radio. Worth the money though if you're on a budget.
