Excellent! Installed easier than I expected. Set up with the app was super easy and intuitive. Has 5 secure ways to unlock - fingerprint, code, phone app, key-fob card, and real OG keys. You can add many codes and fingerprints, so you can give a maintenance person a code and set it up to last for just an hour or all day or how ever long you want, then it automatically expires at the pre-set time. Very capable. Now that I know, I'm buying 20 of these for my apartment building.

Door lock is very well constructed and easily installed. Setting multiple codes was accomplished with very little difficulty. The only issues I had was setting up the lock to stay on my WIFI to control the lock remotely. After many attempts I gave up. The customer service from this company is outstanding and response time to any issues is the best I have every seen. They did everything they possibly could to aid me in getting it to work and even sent me a replacement lock at no cost to see if that was the problem. It was not, it is my wifi system and my lack of knowledge of networks and how they work. Everything on the lock works well and very pleased with the fingerprint option as our my great grandchildren who think that is amazing that they can just touch the lock and it opens. Can't go wrong with this company.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PURCHASE. I bought this smart lock about a month ago, and I have now received notification saying that I need to pay for a subscription in order to continue using certain features. I understand that some products require subscriptions, and that is not my main concern. My issue is that this subscription requirement was not clearly disclosed in the product description before purchase. There was no obvious indication that remote access, remote code management, or other key features would require an ongoing paid subscription after a trial period. Not even when I installed it indicate it was a trial at the beginning. This is important information that customer should know before buying. I would have consider other options before purchasing. What is also confusing in the subscription plan itself. The notification mentions "10 locks" but is not clear what that means. Am I paying over $100 per yer for access to 10 locks? The pricing and limitations are not explained clearly. I contacted customer support and hope they can provide clarification. However, my biggest dissappointment is the lack of TRANSPARENCY. Customers should not discover important subscription fees only after the lock has already been installed and set up. If this subscription requirement had been able clearly stated in the product listing, I would have been able tomato an informed decision before purchasing. I bought 5 of them and each will require separately subscriptions..

The installation process was incredibly straightforward. However, I encountered a couple of hiccups during the setup in the app. I believe these were user errors rather than issues with the app itself. One important note is that the lock function requires you to hold it down while leaving the house. Initially, it struggled to lock, but I suspect it was simply the system attempting to calibrate correctly. Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed with the app. It’s incredibly user-friendly and offers a range of features at no cost. Notifications are also free. However, before setting up the lock, you need to purchase and set up the gateway first. I’m not sure why this step is necessary, but once the gateway was configured, everything worked seamlessly. The fingerprint scanner and touch buttons are both excellent. I have no complaints about any of these features. The only reason I’m giving it a 4-star rating is because the setup process in the app wasn’t particularly quick. Additionally, I haven’t been able to connect it to Alexa, but I decided against giving Amazon access to my front door.

I have had these for a few months now and they are great to have on your doors when you want to control who comes and goes. It's great if you have teenagers and don't really want to give them a key they will lose. You can program the door to their fingerprint so only they can enter. You can also set codes or use a digital key or a regular key. You can also set how many seconds between opening the lock and it automatically locking behind you. One drawback I have found is that if the finger you use to unlock it is dirty, the door won't open. You do need to make sure your fingertip is clean. Another drawback is that unless you purchase a monthly subscription through the company, you cannot see the history of entries unless you are standing next to the door.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've had this for 7 months and have been wanting to review it but got side tracked. It's fine because it just prolonged my experience with it. This lock has been amazing. I don't have experience with other smart locks to compare it to, but I read reviews on all the top smartlocks out there, watched plenty of youtube videos and I went with this one. It's incredible, not just for the price but all the other options such as the 2 fobs in case I have family come visit me, the Fingerprint biometrics, the physical keys as well as personal Pin codes. Not many others had all of those options. The fingerprint scan is super fast and rarely errors unless you carelessly try to touch it without placing your finger directly on it. The fingerprint surface doesn't look like someone would be able to raise a finger print off of it. The battery last very long. The only thing that you would have to worry about is the door not being fully closed, because the bolt will try to lock and a light alarm will beep. If you leave it like that for a very long time, it will probably drain the battery as it keeps trying to close. The app is nice. I get alerts every time someone comes home and opens the door. It tells me the name of the person that is using the finger print or code, so you have a log with times. You can create a temporary pin, in case you are going to go out of town for a day or two and want a family member or neighbor to come and peak on the pets or something. If you have an Airbnb it would be perfect as well. Don't let the price fool you to thinking it's cheap, it's not. Build quality is great, features are awesome. I would expect it to cost more. I'm glad it doesn't. Easy to install and the app was pretty simple as well. The ONLY con would be, if you want to have more than one finger print per person, you would have to add a new user rather than each each being allowed to store more than one fingerprint. You should be able to have at least 2. You don't really need more than one finger from each hand, in case you are carrying something and your right or left thumb is being used to hold something. But it's not a huge deal at all. The good far out weighs that one con.

The Desloc B200 is the perfect lock to purchase if you're looking for a secure lock and also if you need to experience the many options available for unlocking same. Not only the above, but the customer service provided was second to none. I have bought many items, some of which I've had to contact customer service about, however none can compare with the customer service which has been provided by this company. I purchased the Desloc B200 and had an issue, contacted customer service and within a few days they shipped out a replacement lock, no hassles, no delays in addressing the issue. I am so impressed with this lock and the customer service provided that I am considering replacing all of my manual door locks with similar devices. Fingerprint access is almost instantaneous and the key fobs also work similarly. The addition of a gateway also provides remote control and gives a greater sense of security since you could also check the status of lock remotely if you're not sure. I would therefore recommend this lock to anyone who wishes to purchase a great smart door lock.

I am very happy with this smart door lock. It was easy to install and simple to operate right from the start. One of the biggest benefits is not having to worry about forgetting my keys anymore, which makes daily life much more convenient. I also had a great experience with customer service. I accidentally purchased the version without the fingerprint feature, but the return and exchange process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Overall, this is a reliable and user-friendly smart lock, backed by excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I bought this lock to replace a deadbolt between the garage access door to the house. With the old lock it was very inconvenient to fish out the physical keys to unlock the door. This lock is TTLock compatible and uses the TTLock app for lock management. The TTLock app is very capable and has everything anyone can imagine for managing one or more locks, including locking, unlocking, setting up new codes and fingerprints, checking the battery level, and checking the log of access. The lock communicates via bluetooth to the phone. This means that the phone has to be in reasonable close physical proximity to the lock for management. If you need remote management a G2 (or G3) gateway is required. I prefer locks with bluetooth access over wifi access because bluetooth consumes far less battery life. I have not had this lock long enough to validate the claims of battery life but so far it seems pretty good. Pros: Has all the features claimed, installs easily, is TTLock compatible, works well. Cons: These cons are minor and most were not a surprise. The manufacturer supplies 2 physical keys. They used to supply 5 keys. Not a huge deal as the keys can be copied but it was not clear to me as I needed at least 3 keys. The exterior facade comes in a choice of silver or black but the interior-facing facade is only black. It would have been nice if the interior and exterior color matched. The reset button is prominent and too easily accessible. It is on the inside just above the lock turning lever. In my opinion it should be recessed and require a tool such as a paper clip to press otherwise there is a risk of someone accidentally resetting the lock or someone who is not familiar with the button resetting the lock. The lock does not register manual opening events with the TTLock application. For example if the lock is unlocked from the interior by physically turning the lever, that does not show in the Record log on TTLock. Overall a good lock and I would recommend it.

I bought two of these for my front doors . And one for an Airbnb . They work great! Easy to install . The fingerprint reader is fast and responsive. However it just won’t read one family members fingerprint no matter what. So that’s why 4 stars . It’s easy to program using the app . It’s been so great for the Airbnb . Setting up temporary codes is so easy . Definitely worth the price point .

The app requires a bit of learning at first to understand its features, but once you get used to it, it works smoothly and reliably. For the price, it’s an excellent choice — responsive, well-designed, and perfectly suited for essential smart-lock functions. While the B200 does bot offer WI-FI connectivity, Desloc offers the slightly more advanced D110 Plus model, which I also tested at home. It’s more expensive and works very well too. But if you don’t need built-in Wi-Fi, the B200 offers outstanding value. In short, a reliable smart lock with great quality and an easy installation. Highly recommended.
