It’s my first time trying this brand of vitamin c and I didn’t expect how amazing it is. The bottle itself says everything how good the product is. The tablets are easy to swallow and don’t have upset stomach. Also the best thing is it’s affordable and good quality. I’ve been taking vitamin c daily to support my immune system. Vitamin C enough at 1000mg to work well as a supplement to the lower dose multi-vitamins
These worked for me to fill up with vitamin C for the cooler months as the standard multivitamin pill had a much lower dosage of C. So far so good, I'm not sure if it's gradual absorption etc but to have 1000mg should be enough for boosting immunity. I think it's good value for money as well.
