Works well for parades
Nice and light, good for parades. A 3x5 flag will just barely touch the ground if this is used with a flag stand.

Lightweight and Portable
A friend of mine and I were doing road marches for a Wounded Warrior Project 50 Mile Ruck Challenge and we wanted to carry a flag while we were doing them so I ordered this. I'm glad I did. It is so lightweight and portable. We were able to carry the flag, without any issue by simply tucking the pole between our hydropacks and our backs before going out on the marches. The pole itself and the flag attachments are high quality and very durable. The twist lock extension feature works extremely well adding to the value we got out of this. Overall I give this a 10/10

Solid Flag Pole
This is a good portable flag pole. It is strong and does well in strong wind. Only complaint is it wish it collapsed a little smaller, can’t fit it into a backpack. Other than that I like it and has been great at games.

Good in a pinch. Not the best quality
This gets the job done in a pinch, which was what I was in when ordering this. The bottom flag fastener is made of a plastic resin and tightens to the flag via a screw made of the same resin. This did not hold up in its maiden voyage, and the screw stripped the fastening and slid out. So now the bottom hook spins freely. The telescoping feature works and did hold up well. Though I will say don't expect this to be a flag handle that collapses to a small baton like other listings. This starts off rather large and extends out further. Again this is good for in a pinch, but if you are looking to do multiple events carrying a flag, invest in a better parade pole.
