Great cuffs. I bought them in case someone breaks in to keep them in place while waiting for the police. Living in Florida means concealed carry is legal. I'm always carrying. However, that doesn't mean I want to shoot someone or worse. So, if I have them at gunpoint I can cuff them and wait for the boys in blue. I showed them to the Sheriff who lives down the street and he checked them out and gave them his blessing. These are NOT toys. There is no thumb release to pop them off without a key or no spot to pick them. If they are locked and then double locked they are on until you use the key. I keep one key in my house and one key on me at all times just in case someone else has cuffs and decides to rob me after they've cuffed me. My buddy taught me a few things about being prepared for anything so needless to say I can pull a weapon from any room in the house with well hidden but easy to grab weapons, if you know where they are. These aren't cuffs to give your grandkids to play with. Toy cuffs are made for that. These are REAL cuffs that are staying put as long as you remember to double lock them. The double lock button is easy to get to and is engaged with the included (2) keys. The keys are strong too. They don't bemd lile some of the ones you get with cheap cuffs. Great value for the money, at under $30 I'm going to buy a few more pairs. They also look great. The black paint is cooked on, not just sprayed on junk. It doesn't just rub off. Easy to use, strong, and double locking. Everything you want in cuffs.
