After 6 Months of use, I can say that this product is worth buying in thai category. The voice cancellation on calls works perfect and the person on other end can hear me clearly, very few times I had issues with noice cancellation. The charge for the case holds 3-5 days and the charge for the buds lasts for nearly 6-8 hours of continuous use.

It is very good, it is comfortable, the sound is good but its size is very big, it falls from the ear many times, there is a fear of it falling if worn for a long time or while travelling somewhere. But you get a complete comfortable feeling. I would say to all of you that this is a good product for a short period of time and you can buy it.

After going through so many models and review With so much of excitement I ordered this earbuds for its color and elegance actually, I recieved the product on 8.02.2025 it was cash on delivery, as soon I unpacked with so much of excitement and openned the earbud case I saw that only the right side earbud was blinking and the left one was dead. Thought it was out of charge and tried charging for 30 mins even after that the left one won't turn on. I immediately applied for return or replacement as this product had 7 days replacement. The lady who attended my call told me that since it was cash on delivery I will have to wait till their courier partner settle the amount, then only the option to return or replace can be done so asked me to wait till 10.02.2025 and promised a call back. The call back was done as told but for my shock I was told the money is credited to them but they can't take retun Or replacement as the product is not damaged and only not working so asked me to go to Boat service centre.... Now what wait. I haven't even used it once. Why should I run pillar to post? Then I was transfered to someone who was introduced to me as tech support guy... God. You can't find a rude guy in service industry, when I told I don't want to contact boat and insisted him to arrange for a replacement or refund and last I told him pls take it for free as seen it again hurts me so much, I don't even want any refund, it was my mistake to buy electronics online. He told it's not his problem, I should have gone thought his company policies thoroughly before purchasing... My bad I did not go through each and every policy of Amazon before making this purchase. I'm seriously feed up... Image the anger when you feel cheated and these online corporate theifs sit back and enjoy ur agony....

If you watch a lot of Netflix or YouTube on your phone, just buy these. The 360º Spatial Audio makes a massive difference in movies, making everything sound deep and immersive. The fit is secure, call quality is decent because of the 4-mic setup, and the fast charging gives you hours of backup within 15 minutes. Best TWS features you can get in this price segment. Highly recommended!

So I am going to give you a honest to review about the product: 1. ANC is good for cancelling humming sounds like constant fan noises and AC noise but it works only up to 15 to 20 decibel in my opinion. 2. To the primary use of mine was calls but I am truly disappointed by the quality of ENC because the human voice is in the background are clearly audible to the listener, but yes the noises such as traffic or air are significantly reduced. 3. I noted some differences in the first and second bud, such as the env. noise cancellation on the right one was much better than the noise cancellation on the left one, the response time of in year detection mode is like 3 to 4 seconds on the left one but in milliseconds for the right one. 4. The outer shell of the left one seemed to be broken (a light crack) and I think this is why there are differences. 5. The special audio feature is just a marketing gimmick 6. The sound quality is really impressive but only on the signature sound mode. 7. In this price segment boat is giving app support with equaliser modification allowance, toggling of many features, custom macros for right and left ear buds. The app support is really appreciable. 8. Apart from all these, I am truly disappointed by the broken shell of the left ear bud which is I think not going to be replaced because it is already a replaced piece - yes I replaced this because the first one had damaged product box and the earbuds case had marks and scratches on it. Even if I continue to keep this damaged left ear bud, to saddest part is that these are not good for calls as the voice of the other person in the background - even two to three metre away is clearly audible to the other person on the call which is your disappointing and this is the reason I am giving this two stars. I ALSO HAD NOISE VS 102 PLUS AND THE env. NOISE CANCELLATION ON THOSE EARBUDS WAS LITERALLY APPRECIABLE! They are much cheaper than these but then noise cancellation on calls on those nearby was amazing. Even calls through the mic of my phone perform better than these. The breakdown of my rating: +0.5 for ANC +2.5 for app support and sound quality collectively -0.5 for broken product -1.5 for ENC

not enough bass and in ear mode is kinda not comfortable. you can't use all features. you need to choose either you want to use in ear detection or smoothness and ease playback. overall audio quality is ok but not bass. no ear pain and latency is high sometimes. range is upto 10m for music but connection will be there without music for 15m. can connect 2 devices at a time only
