Potassium chloride in ionic form (whose blood level cannot show on a standard blood test) has been a life saver to get rid of my recurrent BPPV. This isn't the first brand I have been purchasing from. This product is very good quality. A bit of fruit juice may be a food idea if you dislike the salty taste.

This ionic potassium supplement worked very well and very fast to replenish low potassium levels. I am convinced that the concentration is as described on the label. I will buy this product again and I highly recommend it.

I suffered terrible muscle pain and stiffness after fasting and although this tastes disgusting, it worked within a couple of days.

I've suffered with a number of ailments in recent months. The symptoms included weakness and fatigue, muscle cramps, muscle aches and stiffness, tinglling nd numbness in my finger tips as well as heart palpitations. I thought it was due to overworking, however after doing some research online and then talking to my sister, a midwife and nutritionist, she suggested i purchase some liquid Potassium rather than the tablet ones sold in most health shops due to their high chalk content. I purchased this product and after using this for a couple of days noticed that practically all of the above symptoms had disappeared. I also rub my body with coconut oil on a daily basis due to its high Potassium content. Both have helped me feel much better and removed the tense and muscle spasm I use to suffer from. The flavour is not great,which is why I rated flavour so low. However, this is typical of many liquid drops that do wonders for our bodies (zinc and Magnesium spring to mind) but I am grateful for this product.

Received the bottle with liquid that had leaked out and dried up around the bottle , not sure if it was tampered with or manufacturer fault , either way I wasn’t Going to use something that Has to be taken in liquid form but has been Allowed to stay open during transit

My wife has a periodic potassium deficiency which can't be treated with pills or capsules, This liquid potassium, when combined with orange juice, provides enough immediate potassium to bring her back from a periodic spell. We usually use 2 capfuls with juice. We're very glad that this company sells this rare and quality product.

This is Potassium Chloride in a liquid solution. If you can imagine 'drinking' salty potato chips then you have a good idea about how it tastes. Given that potassium deficiency is a bit rampant in the US and this deficiency may be related to the epidemic of high blood pressure it seems this product has a place in the market. I really should mix it in something but usually just chug a small sip down. lol. I found a sentence in an abstract at the National Center for Biotechnology Information on the study of the absorbtion of potassium chloride at a which stated .... "There is evidence that potassium chloride in liquid form is absorbed rapidly, probably from the stomach, and hence there is a good rationale for its use where rapid absorption is needed, as in digitalis intoxication." So, one assumes this it will get through the digestive tract quickly, hence the reason for its purchase at least for me ... I plan to see if it helps occassional leg cramps for the wife ... Update:7/25/2014 1) The wife did get some quick leg/foot cramp relief so...try it to see if it works for you. 2) I also found that if you bother to take Potassium, you should also bother to look into making sure you have enough Vitamin B1 - Thiamin too. Vitamin B1 and Potassium are needed for optimum heart function. Update 1/22/2015 1) Wife had very bad foot cramps the other night that wouldn't stop. So I went downstairs and found the Ionic Potassium and had her take a couple of quick swigs. 60 seconds later...100% relief. Go figure... :-) good day for the husband, need to put an order in for another bottle.
