Prime-Line PL 7812 Window Screen Frame Kit, White, 5/16 in. x 3/4 in

These alloy frame sets form a very rigid structure to mount various types of mesh on securely. They don't have to be just used for insect screens, they can be used for any type of screening you may require. In my case it is used inside a blasting cabinet to protect the viewing window from being etched and obscure. Just use your own imagination as to how you want to use it. This frame was good value for money in comparison to other suppliers and promptly delivered.

I have had these Prime-Line Window Screen Frame Kits before and would recommend them to anyone. It's easy to cut and adjust to whatever size you want within it's specs. Great at keeping most insects out, but if like me you are really fussy then buy additional mesh with a smaller hole and it will stop everything.

First one arrived fine and was easy to put together. Does have slight gaps between window top and bottom. Not as robust as I was hoping. Second one arrived and cellophane was broken and one of corners was missing so had to return.

I was looking for a screen for my laundry room, and none could be found. I decided to make my own. After cutting it to size, I painted the frame black to match the trim of the window. The only drawback was trying to find the mosquito mesh. The local hardware store came through for me.
