I've been using my laptop for several months now and I am genuinely impressed with its overall performance. Performance -wise, the laptop handles daily tasks with ease. I chose this laptop based on the specifications I required. It was competitively priced and does the job very well. It is small enough to be carried and the 14 inch screen is clear and bright. I'm particularly pleased with the sound quality.

Product Description Is Misleading. No Touchscreen
I bought this laptop because the product specification clearly stated that it has a touchscreen. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I discovered that it does not have any touchscreen functionality at all. This was very disappointing because the touchscreen feature was one of the main reasons I chose this model. The laptop itself works, but the listing is misleading. I believe the seller should correct the product description to avoid confusing other buyers. I will be returning it since it does not match what was advertised.
