Tension Resistance Stretch Band Exercise Loop

Great product for its price. Its been 3 months since i got it. And is going great. Lets see if it stands the test of time, as rubber products tend to corrode if not used for long. As of now its resistance is perfect for my needs.

Okay ok product..

The quality is very good. The tension is uniform in the rubber and since its one single chunk, there's much less probability of snapping off like the bands with handles. Resistance training is still very different from weight training so don't expect absolute results by just doing this at home. Of course this would help a little. I bought this because its super light and portable and easy to carry when I travel around, I can just casually put in in my bag and workout my muscles a bit for maintenance. Make sure your form is proper which exercising since in resistance training or any training for that matter, form is the key. Thing is, while using a band, its much more easier to lose your form since it stretches your joints back unlike weights where then just pull them down. Overall, cool product.

Buy it if you are not going to use for more than 3 months. I had order one and used it for a while but after 3 to 4 months it was broken into pieces. These sort of bands should be used in indoor places and not outdoors because heat will affect the durability.

Been using this band for a month now, satisfied with the quality. Although the stretching could have been better. I'm always afraid of breaking it. But so far it's running good. I hope it'll last me a while.

It was a good product

It is very versatile (used in working sets and failure sets and others). Don't listen to other who say it is less resistant, I have seen many professionals using it. You can easily increase resistance by being far or holing loops in hand. If you want even more resistance go for heavy (purple or red) resistant. Black (medium) and green (extra heavy) are not that much useful.
