Excellent Reproduction.... Nice bass

This is obviously not a headphone for bass-heads nor it is for someone used to V shaped sound signature (like Sennheisers). Having used ATH-M50x, sen-HD598 and grado-SR80e, this is Value for money headphone for someone looking for accurate sound reproduction. It is accurate and not laid-back like HD598. It is not as sharp as Grados. Classical music and vocals are enjoyable. The base is accurate, mids are amazingly clear and highs are crisp. Bass in some songs feels muddy though; but can't complain at this price point. It is comfortable and light weight. It doesn't have a tight fit, so don't expect good noise isolation. It is a big headphone so not suitable for portable use. I am yet to find a carrying case to fit this. It does feel delicate and needs to be handled with care unlike Sennheiser headphones, which can take lot of rough handling. The cord is unusually long, make-sure to tie them using a proper cable/wire tie for ease of use and to protect the cord. The gold color looks fancy and don't look cheap. After few months of usage, I am in awe of this headphone. Music sounds beautiful (depending on how good it is recorded). Each instrument is detailed, amazing soundstaging for a closed back. It took time to get accustomed to these. But it grows on you and could horn critical listening skills. Bass is light but ample (not to miss out). It is a delight to listen to any good indian music with accoustic and percussion instruments. You could literally feel each of the instrument. Sound of Cello, Veena, Flute feels so natural and sublime. This is by far the best headphone at this price range for critical listeners. The only headphone I feel better than this is AKG-K712 (which is more than 4 times of its price) or may be Beyerdynamic DT770 (which is twice the price). WARNING: The headphone is really fragile. Handle with care. My headphones ear-custion has gotten teared because of some rough usage. Still I dont complain. For this price, cant expect tank like build quality of other profession headphones like Beyerdynamic dt series. My rating would be 6 out of 5!

Clear sound with decent bass, bass is not too low and not too high.

Suchte nach einem Kopfhörer der dezent ist (ggf. mit GOLDfarbenen Akzenten) gut und günstig und mit meinem VOX-Verstärker meiner Gitarre harmoniert, also kabelgebunden ist (alle mit zusätzlichem Klinkenstecker, falls benötigt). Dazu hatte ich mir den AKG K92, den AKG K240 und den Teufel Massive zum Vergleich bestellt. Alle lagen zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs zwischen 45 und unter 80 Euro. Was ich zu den Kopfhörern sagen kann... AKG K92 (45€): Tolle(s) Farben/Design, sehr gute Verarbeitung, toller Materialmix, kein Klappern, Kopfanpassung durch durchdachtes und wertiges Flexband, geringes Gewicht, ausgewogener Klang, überraschend gut für den Preis (klanglich ist der AKG K240 besser), etwas warm um die Ohren, Polster baut nicht hoch auf, sodass man permanent auch seitlich Kontakt mit den Ohrmuscheln hat, muss man sich dran gewöhnen (nur so am Rande, ich habe keine Segelohren). AKG K240 (79€): Sehr guter Klang für den Preis, wechselbare Polster (Upgrade auf Velours möglich), da auch dort recht warm, Verarbeitung genau so gut wie der K92, jedoch nicht so schöne Oberflächenstrukturen. Gummiartige gelbliche Kunststofflinsen, die leicht angeklebt sind und mit der Zeit eher klebrig werden, da bin ich mir sicher, ging er aus optischen Gründen "Retoure". Teufel Massive (75€): Gutes Tragegefühl, zusammenklappbar dank vieler Scharniere, Vorteil und Nachteil, da umständlich aufzusetzen. Leider klobig, aber robust und ebenfalls warm an den Ohren. Der Klang leider viel zu Tiefen- und Bass-lastig! Die Stimmen konnte ich nur mittels Kopfhörerverstärker anheben um ihn ausgewogener und realistscher klingen zu lassen. Ich versuche es ja immer wieder mit Teufel, aber all die kleinen Produkte sind klanglich recht einseitig orientiert. Bei Anlagen kann man das gut regeln, klar mit zwischengeschaltetem Equalizer auch, aber ich suche da mehr nach einem Plug&"Play"-Produkt, welches Out-of-the-box, (sehr) gut klingen sollte. Ich behalte daher den AKG K92, er hat mich voll überzeugt. Man muss mit Ihm etwas warm werden, wirklich, denn so nach 1-2 Liedern sind die Polster angewärmt und das Tragegefühl viel angenehmer. Auf jeden Fall eine Kaufempfehlung! Von Außen und Innen gelungen. Bei dem Preis findet man glaube ich keinen besseren kabelgebunden Kopfhörer.

Buena calidad a un precio adecuado. Tienen un sonido limpio y nítido. Son muy cómodos y el diseño es resistente. El cable es lo suficientemente largo como para usarlos en un estudio o en una oficina.

Comfortable, good audio, long cord, great price.
