BEST AA RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES ON EARTH!
These are some of those stuffs that you buy only once and use it like forever until you've lost it. I've had bought these batteries for my xbox S controllers. IT WORKS WONDERSS!!! I'm an occassional player who only plays on weekends and these batteries have performed so great that it lated for two months on single charge. Once I played constantly it still lasted a week. I'm imply amazed by the longetivity, quality, charging speed and overall functionality of thee batteries. I'd say these are the bet AA rechargeable batteries on earth tthat you could buy. A litle expensive for sure but frr, it's 100% WORTH IT! NOTE:- Please use official panasonic eneloope charger only to charge these for the best performace and longetivity.

Detailed Review about Genuineness of the product recieved.
This review will answer some of the questions you might be having or at least I had while ordering the Eneloop Pro AA batteries. I ordered on Mid July, 2020 from the seller Appario Retail and got "Made in Japan" batteries from June-2019 (Hence the 1 star reduced in the review). So, if anyone wants a recent stock, I would suggest purchasing offline from a Panasonic Store or trusted electronics store. This is not a major issue for me since I am more concerned about getting original Eneloop Pros vs fake ones. They will last years anyway. Also, side note, if you're worried about choosing Eneloop regular or Eneloop Pro, I would suggest going with the Pro as it has two big benefits, higher capacity and more power. These really do matter. I would not worry about 2100 cycles in regular Eneloops vs 500 cycles in Eneloop Pros because basic maths will tell you even if you charge 2 batteries weekly twice every week the Pros will last about 5 years. I got a pack of 4 for the same device so I am good for about 10 years, provided they are genuine. Honestly, I don't believe even my device will last that long. Also, Eneloop Pros have less fakes in the market than regular Eneloops. I had purchased an Xbox One controller and needed rechargeable AA batteries for that and Eneloops had overwhelmingly positive reviews on reddit and pretty good reviews on YouTube. Suffice to say, it's the people's choice due to longevity and quality. And hence, I ordered these batteries. Now coming to the genuineness of the batteries, the major concern I had while ordering Eneloops was whether they would be genuine since there a lot of fakes in the market and if I am investing Rs. 1060/- I should get a genuine product. I can only do tests that are not very technical in nature and more of what a common person can do. Fortunately the batteries so far seem genuine to me. I had looked at some indications to tell if the Eneloops are fake, a quick search on YouTube and Google should make things clear if you want to find them out. Although those videos and articles are a bit outdated, you will get an idea of what to check. I have attached a pic of the backside, that's the one I got. The packaging was fine, it arrived bubble wrapped. The batteries had no sign of damage. The individual batteries weigh precisely 30 grams as they should. The package has no spelling mistakes, line spacing mistakes, color change. So all good from first glance. The real test is the charge retention. The batteries that came with Xbox one controller lasted 5-6 days on medium to heavy gaming with vibration. Those batteries were of the same capacity as Eneloop Pros. Eneloop Pro batteries hold upto 85% charge in a year, and since these batteries are manufactured a year back, I should be able to play for at least 4 days. Less than 3 days would not be acceptable at all. Another test I would be doing is that I'm using only two batteries on the controller. Two are left in the pack itself. I'm getting the Eneloop Advanced charger in a couple of days. I will charge those two batteries which are left in the pack and I will discharge the ones I put in the controller completely and charge them, I will note the time difference. I will update the review once I have done that. Edit: Two of the batteries were fine, but the other two were defective. They didn't hold charge. I have ordered replacement.

Best NiMh batteries out there in every aspects. Detailed review below.
Truly fantastic battery sets. I have been using eneloop white 1900-2000 mAh batteries for my camera flashes after trying many others like Sony Cycle energy 2700, 2500, Godrej GP 2300, 2000 etc. But unlike the eneloops, all others couldn't retain the charge even for a few weeks of shelf storage, though if charged immediately to 100% they were holding up quite ok. I had been reading lots of reviews on the eneloop batteries, how good they are in holding the charge for a long time, and how well they can handle high drains. After using eneloop white, I was truly amazed at the technology breakthrough that Sanyo (now acquired by Pana) was able to active in NiMh technology. Recently I did a calculation on the batteries life and figured, that there is no need for those 2100 cycle life for a battery, as with such good retaining ability and heavy usage, maximum I would charge a set of batteries is twice a week. That would be 4.5 to roughly 19 years life. Who in the world will keep a battery set for so long. It would either be lost, or would be physically worn out before that. So these eneloop Pro, with much better capacity (2550 vs 2000mAh) and 500 cycle of lifetime seems to be more realistic and better suited for high drain uses like on cameras and flashes. It turns out to be roughly 4.5 to 5 years of life, that is more than satisfactory. Also these eneloops will retain almost full charge on shelf storage for months (even years). Also from many expert reviews, I got to know that eneloops have the best high drain performance as well. High drain performance, in the sense.. eneloops heats less under high drain or while charging, and the camera flash loadup time is much lower for these eneloops than all other NiMh competitors out there. What more you need if your usage is for photography. [comparisons were done using Sigma and Canon camera flashes under same settings and all the chargings were performed on the Panasonic BQ CC-17 Advanced Individual charger which uses delta-v for over charge protection. La-crosse BC-700 Alpha was used to test the batteries.]

Batteries
Very good Batteries. May be a bit expensive to start with but certainly reclaim the cost throughout their life. I use in a large Canon flashgun at weddings. By the end of the day they are still doing a recharge almost instantly. with the best standard batteries I would probably have had to fit a new set. .

Excellent choice for high output flashlights.
The Eneloop Pro AA remains an excellent choice for things like high output flashlights and other demanding devices, but with some caveats. The overall capacity is higher with Pro but it's still important to be aware of the differences before you buy. To start, the biggest trade off with the Pro version is only about 500 charging cycles in its lifespan versus over 2000 with the white Eneloop batteries. However, this is still a fair amount of longevity considering if you charged them twice a week you'd still get about 5 years from them. Next, the self discharge rate is higher with Eneloop Pro. Panasonic states after 1 year a fully charged battery will be depleted to 85% versus 90% with a regular AA Eneloop. Not a huge difference but still worth noting. I've read some reports of the white Eneloops being more forgiving with overcharging and other abuse, but I try to take care of them to avoid problems with performance. Now for the good news, the AA capacity is greater at 2500 mAh opposed to 2000 in the other version. This of course translates into longer run time with devices. For example if you have an item that runs for 60 minutes with a white Eneloop, roughly you could expect a 75 minute run time with an Eneloop Pro or about 20% longer. If this is worth it to you, keeping in mind the shorter lifespan, than the Pro is a good investment. If overall longevity is more important, stick with the white Eneloop. I use my AA Eneloop Pros primarily in some of my flashlights, as I spend a good amount of time camping, volunteering with my son's boy scout troop and other various nighttime activities, so I want as much run time from my lights as I can get and this is an economical way to do so. They don't leak like alkaline batteries and cost much less in the long run, although I do use Energizer Lithium AA from time to time when it's not feasible to pack Eneloops and a charger. From a performance standpoint I've tested many batteries in my 4x AA Fenix flashlight and alkalines are the poorest performers, running for about an 1 hour and 49 minutes on the high setting. The regular white Eneloops last for 2 hours and 33 minutes. Now with the Eneloop Pro I get 3 hours and 24 minutes - almost an hour more. The cream of the crop here in terms of performance is absolutely Energizer Lithium AAs, which run the longest at 4 hours and 42 minutes. The drawback is they are pricey and disposable but still a great choice for when you need stabile batteries, great run times and performance. Regardless, Eneloop Pro are no slouch and have 500 life cycles, respectively. I'd you understand the differences in cells, the Pro is a must for demanding devices. However for average use it's probably best to have both types of Eneloops on hand and save the Pro for your highest drain items.
