And it has little bit of sweet taste with less bitterness.

Top notch quality

Ordered 5 boxes and 4 of them were fully damaged with most of the content spilled out of the Hershey box. Besides the outer box wasn't air tight either and kept spilling cocoa powder all around and my home was covered with cocoa & smelled like chocolate. . But amazon customer care came to my rescue and issued me a refund. . Coming to the quality of this, the smell & taste is out of this world... Too good 🫰. One of the best cocoa powder I've tasted. . Mixability is also good, it forms thick liquid with smaller lumps that remains until you vigorously whip the cocoa then it almost disappears.
