Very sturdy shelf. It took about 45 minutes to put together. It is large enough to hold a ton of books and it holds large odd shaped books also. I attached it to the wall and the stability is nice. It looks great and is modern. It was a good value for the money. The first set was missing parts so they sent me another set and I was able to finish putting it together.

This shelf set up is perfect for (some of) my library! I chose this one specifically because each shelf has the side and back siding so that nothing will fall off the sides or back when shelved. Delivery: originally I was quoted with over a week of shipping time, but it ended up being delivered in only three days! Box looked handled but it was well packaged inside and all pieces were intact. Set up: follow the instructions and it is very easy! It took my boyfriend and I a little over an hour to set up with all the pieces (each shelf is four separate pieces of wood to put together), but everything we needed was included (no drills or additional tools required). Each piece felt sturdy and well made. All the holes lined up perfectly when assembling (which is rare for me!). The pictures and wording of the manual were very easy to understand. Assembled product: looks beautiful, feels sturdy, so happy with it! It’s fairly lightweight but each shelf can hold about 50lbs (according to product specs), so it seems durable. The assembly was a little extensive, but just confirms the durability of it. It comes with two loops to attach the unit to the wall to avoid tipping, which I appreciate. I also love that we can change the shelf positioning or even separate it into 2 individual units versus one big one. Overall very happy I purchased!

These shelves are definitely what we were looking for and fit in our living room perfectly. They hold all of our books and look great doing it. The shelves are sturdy and easily put together. We definitely got the best value.

Item went together without issue. All holes lined up correctly. My only complaint about any of these "self assembly" furniture items is the "tools" that come with it. In this case, 2 small allen wrenches, which are difficult to use if you are elderly. Fortunately, I have a set of metric and standard "T" handled allen wrenches that made assembly a breeze. Don't use a power drill with a hex bit to put it together. The self tapping screws used to connect the shelves to the frame are designed to be hand threaded and a drill has too much tourqe. Very versatile piece, as there are 3 ways to set it up. I chose to build it in two pieces, instead of the "Bridge" way that it's pictured. No missing parts, in fact they provide a bag with extras. Very convenient, in case you drop a small screw and it rolls under your stove or fridge. Yes, it's made in China, and right now we as a country are having issues with them, but what ISN'T made in China these days? As for this item, it is well packaged, well designed, and well manufactured. I purchased the larger one, so value for money? That remains to be seen, but I'm certainly happy with the purchase.

It's surprising how many books can fit on these shelves. I used to have a single tall bookcase and all of the books I had on it fit on this one with room to spare. The material is solid and it stands sturdy without any side to side sway. It comes with an anti-tip strap to secure to the wall. Even without securing it to the wall, it is stable. My cats used it as a jungle gym before I put books on it and it never tipped or wobbled. Assembly is straightforward but takes a while since there are so many shelves. The instructions have a x14 next to a couple steps, meaning you have to do the same thing for all 14 shelves. When complete, there are a few holes left unused, so you could cover them up if that is a concern.

I had no issue putting this together on my own. I will say it helps to keep everything organized, and I wish I'd had a second set of hands when it came to flipping it up, but I mannaged it fine. It looks great in the space and I have it full of heavy books, and legos. I think the little hooks that it comes with on the side are cool, but I'm not sure what to hang on them, but its a cool feature. I was torn between this and buying an expensive shelf from a big box furniture store, for the price, I'm glad we went with an Amazon prefab shelf. Great for someone in an apartment like we are, or maybe a trailer. I wouldn't buy it for a small kid's room, if you think they would climb it, the wall anchors didn't look super great

It's a good size and looks cute. It came with hangers to use on the side bars for like headphones, necklaces or purses, whatever really, which I really like! My 12 year old son put it together himself 😊 instructions were clear and easy to follow.

This item was great. All my books fit quite nicely on it. I did have one problem. It seem the person who wrote the assembly instruction has never put one of these shelve together before. They should get these people to put together at least 2 of these shelves from scratch so they will wright better instructions.

Very compact packaging, delivery on-time, nice shelving unit and conscientious & proactive customer support. Already assembled and holding my books and games. Looking sharp!
