An excellent product for the price you pay.
“An excellent tripod, top-notch quality all around. The fluid head is great, extremely well-made and very sturdy. Every detail of the tripod feels like it was built by a precision machine—its operation, everything about it is outstanding. The finishes and every small detail are first-class. For its price, this tripod delivers far more than what you’d expect. I recommend it to anyone considering buying itIt really hurt to have to return it, but it was way too big for my needs. I honestly made a mistake choosing it. You really need to pay close attention to the size and weight. For me, it just wasn’t what I needed for birdwatching or outdoor macro.Iwant to buy the same tripod brand with the same type of head, but a smaller one.

Performs like a tripod costing thousands more
This tripod is heavy, yes, but its one of the reasons it performs so well, like a Sachtler (Funny, just saw one on the set of the Great British Baking Show as I was typing this) or Vinten that costs a whole lot more. Not enough weight means jerky panning and tilting, at least in my opinion. The mid-level spreader is a nice plus when setting up for a shot on uneven terrain. I greatly prefer it to a ground spreader. One of my favorite features is the ball head. The handle to loosen the ball is very large, allowing me to (balance the head and) tighten it down quickly and securely. The motion on the head is very nice, too, approaching a pricy fluid head. The clips to hold the legs together while the tripod is collapsed aren't very heavy so they'll fail with heavy use, but I've never had a tripod with these types of clips so I'm not too worried about them breaking. The rest of the tripod is very well made. The locks are sturdy. All in all, a VERY nice tripod with truly professional features at an amazingly reasonable price. I expect to get very good use and great videos out of mine. A beautiful pan is well worth the weight, always.

Solid Tripod with Great Quick-Release System
Pretty solid tripod overall. I’ve used it with heavier camera setups and it holds up well without feeling unstable. One of my favorite features is the quick release mechanism on the head. It’s smooth, secure, and makes swapping cameras fast and painless. Honestly, I just wish they sold the mounting plates separately so I could leave one attached to multiple cameras to avoid needing to constantly take it off to remount. But then again, I could just get another one lol. For the price, it’s a reliable option that handles more weight than you might expect and is easy to work with in real setups. It gets very tall, which is something I do enjoy and find that it comes in handy.

Nice, heavy-ish tripod.
If you need a tall, sturdy tripod, this is it. It is heavy. Nice fluid action.

GREAT BANG FOR THE BUCK
I OWN A NUMBER OF TRIPODS. THIS ONE IS GREAT. QUICK EASY SETUP. QUALITY APPEARS TO BE VERY GOOD. I HAVE ONLY USED IT A FEW TIMES ... I AM PLEASED SO FAR. I PURCHASED THIS SPECIFICALLY TO USE WITH MY SMART TELESCOPE AFTER SOMEONE RECOMMENDED IT IN AN ASTRONOMY GROUP. WOULD WORK WELL WITH A CAMERA WITH ANY LENS BUT ESPECIALLY WITH A BIG TELEPHOTO. VERY EASY TO ADJUST. I LIKE THAT IT HAS THE FLIP LEG LOCKS AS OPPOSED TO THE TWIST TYPE.

Easy to set up, and perfect for any shoot!
Love this tripod! Very strong materials, very easy to transport, and it’s actually quite light compared to other industry models I’ve used. Very easy and fast to set up for quick shoots and the plate is very easy to put it on the head. Works great for me every time, and have used it with multiple cameras at this point. It has been very versatile for me. Very much recommended.

A LOT of tripod for not much $$
The instruction booklet is not very helpful, only 4 of the 39 pages are in English, and they don't even mention the ball head levelling adjustment which is a super nice feature that videographers will appreciate. Unlike the instructions the product itself is just awesome. The pan and tilt movements are silky smooth, and locking them down doesn't change your camera alignment making it easy to use. With the first set of legs extended it is at a good working height, with the second set extended it's above my 6' head level. The locking levers have a very positive feel and they function well. It's very stable and has some substantial weight to it. During initial unboxing it seemed to be much more massive than I'd expected. However, once I set it up the first time I was impressed with the overall build quality, and it's something I'm sure I'll be happily using for many years to come. My only complaint is that the adjustment handle has to come off to fit in the storage bag, but honestly this is a minor inconvenience for such a good product, and this really is excellent value for money.

Mein altes Stativ kann einpacken! Endlich butterweiche Schwenks ohne Wackeln
