Amazing audio quality. I use it for almost 8 hours straight at times at work. People can clearly hear me talking and I can hear them.

Nice Bluetooth Earpiece that is easy to charge and pair with phone. It also has several different inside and outside ear piece choices to find one that works for you. It is very noise cancelling as it says which is a nice bonus. The only negative I've found is that it doesn't have as long of a charge as others I have had. It will, however, let you know when it needs to be recharged by telling you as you're wearing it. So I have found that to be nice to others that just quit. It has a really nice range where it won't disconnect; and if you're quick enough to get back into range of your device when it says it's disconnected, will reconnect right away👍. I don't always have pockets to keep my phone with me when working around the house, so I wear my earpiece during the day and place my phone in a central location. I can take trash out, go in the basement, ect, and still be connected. I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it. It's great for handsfree driving too. The noise cancelling works great for that, as everyone I've asked when driving says they don't hear the traffic/road sounds, which hasn't always been the case with other products I've used. Also, the little storage case that comes with it is really nice! It's almost a hard case that zippers shut. It has a small carabenor to attach it to a purse strap, backpack, or laptop bag.

Ear pieces were a bit larger that I thought they would but they work great. Pairing was easy and the ear pieces fit just great. The talking sound is very clear and the clarity of the music is wonderful. Happy that you can use it on either ear. Delivery was fast as promised.

This one I like better. Calls come in clearer, plus the ear hanger keeps it from falling out.

To be honest I did not expect this bluetooth ear piece to do half of what was advertised but I received a very pleasant surprise when it did all f what was advertised. I saw that in the past reviews the voice prompt did not sound as friendly as some of the more expensive devices. For some customers I can see how that might be an issue but for me I am not trying to start a relationship with a headset so that was not a show stopper in making a purchasing choice. I can confirm that the voice is not as soft as some of the others but the functionality is acurate. I tested the sound cansellation by hitting the freeway at 65MPH in an economy sedan with lots of road noise. I place a call to a truck driver who was also on the road and we were both able to clearly hear each other. I know that his sound canseling device was responsible for me hearing his transmission clear but I mentioned it anyway. I never had to use the ear pligs that came with the blue tooth device. I placed it on my right ear leaving my left ear open to ear what was going on outside. The volume was sufficient to hear the phone conversation. The simultanious sync wth both my iPhone and desktop are both plug and play once the simple configuration setup is complete. I tested the battery life by going 3 days straight without re-charging and talking for about a half hour to 45 minutes each day. I did not want to push it and run out of battery charge when I need it. I normally charge up every night so that was the longest that I have gone without charging any ear piece. So far this ea piece is out performing more expensice ones owned in the past.

Easy to set up, horrible sound quality. People I heard sounded like they were talking in a tin can and they said it was even worse at their end and told me to call back without it on because they couldn't understand me and they hung up.

Good value budget Bluetooth phone headset. Controls well placed. USB-C charging. Great battery life. My complaints are that it doesn't announce calls from the contact list and doesn't announce talk time remaining when powering on. That and I HATE having a digital tone version of Ride Of The Valkyries as the incoming call prompt. This is the third BT headset I have tried that for some reason thinks that Wagner is the perfect ring sound. But, that said, the headset works well and has good volume and call sound and is very affordable at $16 (the price at the time of my order on Amazon).

The product is excellent quality and voices are crystal clear during phone calls for both sides, the extra accessories are providing you many varieties for different ear sizes. I strongly recommend.

I’ve owned many Bluetooth and this one by far is the best!!! Comfort 5star. I wear this all day and sometimes forget it’s there! Hook. They where smart enough to make one section of the hook complete of rubber so it won’t break just from a simple bend. Noise cancellation 10 star out of 5. Let’s just say I rode a bicycle down a hill and the other person did not hear any wind at all. Battery Life The battery lasts me around 2 and a half day with 5 hrs talk per day. Con. I get some drop calls. Heard the fix is to simply unpair then pair. Do not buy version 1. It’s slightly cheaper and waste of your money! The noise cancellation on that is terrible. This Bluetooth will beat any $200 Bluetooth out there in the market. You will not regret!
