Universal Jumbo Smart Remote Control for Tv VCR Cable DVD Satellite

These work great. We tried to buy locally but the store was sold out. (we saw an add for them.) The price we paid for two of these was even below the sale price advertised. We are on a limited income at present and every dollar counts. No shipping charge was added. My husband and I are both in or near our sixties. These are large enough to see even at night. And the batteries last a long time. It works on our t.v. along with our DVD. We cut the cable in Nov.2013.....too expensive. We finally got a good price on an hdtv...along with an antena. The only problem we had was that both of these came with very small....Dvd tiny remote and we spent hours looking for them. So we were constantly looking or getting up to change channels....volume....ect. Now we have only opened one of these and we will never need the other until we buy another t.v. for our bedroom. Great product!!!! Easy to set up.

I rarely give a bad review, however this is a total waste of money. Impossible to get programmed, I think it is defective because the code light came on but went off before you can do any programming, will not come back on. It is not worth the trouble to return. My husband has very bad eye sight so I was hoping this would help.

These are good quality multi use remote controls. Reasonable price and cover a large number of electronic products, Televisions, DVDS, Speaker’s, VCRs, and more ! Save the instructions for future use and remember you can use scan for code’s feature. I have used the scan code buttons repeatedly for tricking neighbors TVs into turning on/off changing channels, volume etc great fun. But realistically speaking I bought 6 remotes for use in 2 houses and shop and RV no end to the items I can control except some newer TVS.

Have not been able to program it to the TV. None of the numbers seem to work.

I have a Samsung TV. The remote powers the TV on & off. The vol & channel work. I can't say about the VCR/DVD. I have no need for them. Problem: I stream 90% of the time when I'm watching TV. On the remote, "Go Back" button does not go back while streaming. The remote will load the streaming apps; but once I click on a program witin an app, I cannot maneuver out of that program. However "Go Back" does work for Samsung plus TV programs, but not while streaming. I stream more than I watch Samsung Plus TV programs . With that said, this remote is not for me. I was able to produce a return.

It takes up a lot of room on the end table or coffee table. It was purchased for someone with ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease. They lose functions in the dexterity of your hands. It helped and that is all that mattered.

I still have a regular (old) TV and the cable remote cannot be programmed to my TV so I use this one for programming the TV clock and use it to control the volume. I always know were it is, you can't misplace this remote. I have one I bought a while back (still works) and I bought another one to have for my second TV. It stays on the chairs armrest with the cable remote on top. I don't think you can program it for the cable box, like the new universal remotes. The separate remote for the TV works best for me.

I’ve had one of these in the past so I went looking for the same model online. I’m so pleased it’s exactly as I remember. I love how easy it is to connect to the tv and it’s nearly impossible to lose something this huge, even in a sea of blankets. Plus finding the buttons in the dark is a snap. 20/10

My father in law (who is going blind) uses this every day. He says "they shoulda made em this big before."
