Mystical Fire 25 Packs

This is my 25th purchase of Mystical Fire, and I will be buying it as long as they make it! It makes a campfire into something amazing to gaze at and really just relax to - amaze your friends and neighbors as all of the colors of the rainbow blaze from your fire, reds, blues, greens, even indigo, magenta, and a deep azure blue. The coals will be violet for a long, long time as well. If you throw in 2-3 packets, they will last about 30 minutes depending on how the fire is burning. You don't want to throw these on as soon as the fire is started or they will just burn up within 10 minutes or so, leaving only a brief display. For the best results, wait until the fire has been established and dies down, and there are a nice bed of hot coals and throw in your packets and you can enjoy for hours and hours. Truly works, and the best brand I've found for adding color to your fire. LOVE these, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Have even given them to friends and neighbors as gifts!

threw a few of these into the fire on our camping trip and everyone lost their minds at how cool the colors looked. the blues and greens are especially wild and the colors lasted way longer than I thought they would. pro tip though: wait until you have a solid bed of coals before tossing them in or they burn up too fast and you miss most of the show.

These are so awesome. They last a good amount of time. They are so easy to use, just toss a pack or two in the fire after it’s been established. It’s suitable for anyone of any age to use. This is my 5th order. Everyone loves this product.

We surprised our family at Christmas and bought these for some extra fun. I was a little nervous how they worked and if it would be okay inside. They come in sturdy, individual packet envelopes that you simply toss in with your logs. Super easy and very colorful!! So far we used them indoors and they worked great - No popping out on our white carpet. : ) You don't have to use very many so they last for a long time. We're about to finish building our outdoor firepit this week and I'm looking forward to using them outside, as well! Great value for the amount you get and the price!

The aurora-like glow from this product on an open fire is hypnotizing. Colors range from aqua to purple in the same fire. Wait to use after preparing any over the same fire. Chemicals are not consumable.

I'm pretty happy with the way these work. They seem to have included the right amount of salts in the packet to make a fire glow in an assortment of colors (I got mostly blues and greens in addition to the regular orange). In person, it actually makes quite a nice effect (it doesn't show up quite as well in photography, but you can still get a sense of it from the attached photograph). Chemically speaking, what's happening is the same effect some of you might recall from the "flame test" you might have done in a chemistry class. When heated, the electrons in these salts achieve higher energy levels. When they return to their ground state, they emit the excess energy in the form of photons of specific energies which correspond to the various colors produced. Because the chemistry involved is so simple, it would be entirely possible to just obtain the particular salts you want to produce whatever colors you want. If you were going to be doing this on a large scale, in fact, that would be a more economical solution. However, because these salts are often sold in relatively large quantities relative to the amount you need to add to your fire, I quite like the convenience of this product which has prepackaged appropriate quantities of each substance for this particular use. Yeah, it's more expensive per gram this way, but if you just want to color a few fires, this is a cheaper option than buying bulk supplies of a lot of salts.

These work! Get your fire pit nice and hot then throw in two packs. The pop of color lasts about 30 minutes. It is so relaxing to watch the fire and flames and is even more enjoyable when you have some fun color. Always the focus of conversation when the color packs go in the fire. For us, we toast marshmallows first, then add the color after the food goes away. Who knows what chemicals are in there…

Great price in the large multi pack. So convenient to have on hand if u have a lot of fires. Everyone loves a magical fire. Many colours and 1 pk lasts about 20 min we find. We do 2 packs at once for an intense light show. Love this fun product

Usually, I buy this item from a gas station or convenience store nearby the campground for $2.00 to $3.00 per. The other day, I found cams across this item while I was browsing for camping accessories on amazon . I was thrilled that For less than $20 dollars, you receive a box of (24) individual packages which is enough to enjoy many colourful fires over the summer camping season. I placed my order, which was also eligible for amazon prime’s one day shipping and they arrived on my doorstep the next afternoon. These Mystical Fire colour changing packs are a no brainer to use. Depending on how many packages you decide to use, the better the result you will get. The instructions on the rear side of the package recommended using 1 to 3 individual packs to receive the desired effect. Simply toss a few directly onto a well burning camp fire, sit back, relax and enjoy and In just a few minutes the fire quickly begins to change various colours as the packages burn and last for several hours. This item is great for children or adults of all ages. However, adult supervision around any fire is highly recommend for safety reasons. One important thing that you should always remember (as noted in the instructions on the back of the package), is that you should never roast any marshmallows or cook any food for human and or animal consumption while in use. This is to avoid and prevent accidental poisoning from consuming toxic chemicals. I give this item 5 stars for price, quality and personal experience. Not only is it an excellent price but from my experience the Mystical fire is the better brand and works the best compared to other brands on the market . Will definitely stock up again for next year.
