Why i still need the cbale? Wireless?

The wireless means connect network by WIFI, support 2.4G/5Ghz WIFI, and the cable for power, if you nedd 100% wireless, check the solar camera.

Does WS03 camera support Alexa?

Yes it supports, go to Amazon Alexa APP enable Skills: EseeCloud, bind with your Eseecloud account, will find the device.
