I love my Ninja coffee maker. It is so easy to use. Fill the water reservoir, put it back then put coffee in the basket, and put the pot under. You have two choices for brewing bold, if you like it stronger, or classic for regular. I can adjust the time for warming depending on how fast I drink the coffee. I chose the 14 cup Ninja due to normal two people but can choose 14 when we have guests.

It is compact. Love the water dispenser being separate. Easy to fill and keep clean. Coffee perks in speed time, is rich and hot, love the hot plate heat option. I also like the coffee pot, it is sturdy and well made.

It’s sleek looking, pretty, & the main thing I like about it is 14 cup plus coffee comes out hot and stays hot. Also I don’t need to buy filters as it comes with a reusable one

This Ninja brews a great cup of coffee! The only downside I find to this item is the coffee decanter. The coffee will drip out if it is a full pot when pouring.

Ninja DCM200C Programmable XL 14-Cup Coffee Maker I washed all of the parts as recommended and ran a full tank of water through the machine as recommended and it worked fine but that was it. Now it won't even heat up or brew and an error message comes up on the display "ER 11". I will be returning this machine and will never buy a Ninja product again.

Worked great at first, still makes good coffee but the pot leaks when you pour the first 2 or 3 cups. It didn't do this at first. Not sure why.

The DCM200C is a very well made product and produces excellent quality coffee and I give it 5 stars! 👍😀. I am very pleased on the flavour, temperature and quality of NINJA 14 cup maker Very nice job and I recommend this to anyone looking for that excellent quality cup of coffee ☕️ the anti spill wide mouth pot is awesome! I have no spilling whatsoever. A few recommendations for ninja that I found that they hopefully can improve in the future **The power cord is too short.** I Pulled my unit forward which accidentally unplugged it from the wall 🫣 so I lost my morning delay. Recommend a loss of power memory when unplugged so when the power comes back on it remembers your delay settings. **The coffee scoop is very hard to remove from the back of the maker** (turning it upside down solves this problem) **The 1-4 cup feature works great but I would like to see an option that allows the unit to only make that amount of coffee no matter how much water is in the reserve back unit ** I have actual times of how long it took for the coffee to be brewed for 14 cup (classic and rich) as well of the proper position of coffee scoop and power cord 😀. 15:30 minutes for classic brew time and 21:00 for rich brew time (from start to beep) Enjoy your new ninja coffee maker 😀

Heres the list of Pros: -Its pretty, the whole machine looks aesthetically pleasing. - Its easy to clean ( the carafe has a switch on it, to remove the entire top. Ive actually never seen this before - It holds such a large amount of coffee grounds, again, easy to clean, it can come out in two parts. The net is also easy to clean and rinse out with your hand because its large - When the coffee is done, it doesnt make an extremely loud or annoying sound. It beeps 5 times or so - Having the filter at the back is so convenient (it keeps the grounds entirely seperate which is a number one complaint for all coffee makers). You can take it out easily, ans just bring to the tap or just fill it with a jug in its place. - It brews QUICK and doesnt make crazy sounds like most other coffee makers. It does steam up quite a bit in the carafe, but the top of the carafe wont burn you, so Im thinking all the steam is literally trapped in the carafe which is nice because by the time its done, its gone The only con is that the machine takes a little while to beep after I feel like its done. I have taken it off sooner than the beep and have had no issues. I think this may be a safety feauture. Not sure. Overall 100 percent satisfied!!! I use this with my three sisters - kicking horse and its incredible

Like it. Better than our previous coffee makers. Makes good coffee. Makes it fast. Prefer our own paper filters because when using the filter that comes with the machine, we get grounds on the bottom of our coffees....but its a good option to have when u accidentally run out of filters. The ONLY complaint we have, is the element began to wear IMMEDIATELY. After first use, we saw wear. Still heats well, but a bit concerned as we've only had it a month & its significant now as you can see in photo. We are very gentle with it when putting it on & off the element, so not sure why this is happening.

Great product, not cheap looking, works as it should.
