Good mouse that has helped reduce my elbow pain
Very pleased with this mouse. I bought it because I have recently been suffering with tennis elbow and it was suggested that using one of these might reduce the pressure on the tendon which causes the pain and the joint itself. It took a bit of getting used to, coming from a normal mouse, but I soon got used to it and find it extremely comfortable to use- your hand/arm is in a more natural and relaxed position, putting less stress on the elbow, as it is no longer twisting so much. In terms of setting up, the tiny usb bluetooth dongle set itself up in Windows 11 straight away and connected to the mouse with no problem and I've had no issues with disconnects or connections from the bluetooth connection. The mouse feels solid and well made and is of a soft feel/matt texture, so very comfortable to use and feels as though it will be durable over time. It seems accurate, I've had no lag or skipping of the cursor during any normal use. I've not tried gaming with it yet. For me, it's been worth the money - I'd seen these before and wondered if they were a gimmick, but since I've been using it (combined with an erganomic keyboard from Arteck), I can now see that it isn't and it has reduced the pressure on my elbow/tendon which has in turn reduced the pain. It might not be for everyone, but it's a thumbs up from me.

Shockingly good quality. Easily rivals my MX Master!
I bought the ProtoArc EM11 NL on a whim looking for a solid ergonomic option, and I am absolutely blown away by the value here. "Amazing" doesn't even cut it. My daily driver is a high-end Logitech MX mouse, so my standards for ergonomics, build quality, and comfort are pretty high. I fully expected this to feel like a "budget backup," but it feels incredible in the hand. The contouring is spot-on, the grip is comfortable for long working hours, and the tracking is incredibly smooth. If you are on the fence because of the price point, don't be. To get this level of premium feel and comfort at a fraction of the cost of a mainstream flagship mouse is a total steal. Highly recommended!

The mouse wheel cannot spin freely!
Good: -- Much higher quality than its price would suggest. -- Very light, even with a built-in battery. -- Seamless Bluetooth connection. Bad: -- The wheel cannot spin freely! If you are used to the Logitech way of giving the wheel a spin to get back to the top or bottom of a page, then this click-click-click only wheel will irritate you. -- For smaller hands. I actually get some wrist cramp from using this because my fingers are a bit squished together on the buttons and wheel.

Incredible comfort and quality, already bought a second!
Huge thanks to the Switch and Click YouTube channel for pointing this one out. The ProtoArc EM11 NL arrived in surprisingly premium packaging, and the build quality is outstanding. It is exceptionally comfortable to hold, offers plenty of configurable buttons, and features quiet, dampened clicks that make standard mice feel obsolete. I used it for just a day before ordering a second one for my partner because the design is simply that good. Finding this level of design and ergonomic relief at this price point is rare.

Comfortable large mouse
I wanted a new mouse as my latest laptop had no USB-A ports. I tried several mice and despite my initial preferences, this was the mouse that I ended up buying; my hand just naturally went to this one. It's just comfortable and the buttons are all in the right place - at least if you are right handed! It is a large, basic mouse, with the usual left click, right click and clickable scroll wheel plus two other buttons for forwards and backwards. There is also a button next to the scroll wheel that allows you to adjust the mouse's sensitivity should you want to (1000/1600/2400 DPI). It came beautifully packaged in a smart box, with charging cable (USB-A to USB-C), Quick Start guide and manual. The EM11 NL weighs 132g (3.9oz), measures 138 x 69.2 x 68.1 mm, and is covered by a two year guarantee. Unlike my friend's Logitech mouse, the buttons aren't programmable and the scroll wheel cannot be set to freewheel, but his cost £70+, while this one cost £19.99 (reduced from £24.99) You can connect this mouse to up to three devices; one via a USB-A dongle and the other two via Bluetooth. Switching is very easy using a pushbutton on the bottom of the mouse. Power is from integral, rechargeable 500mAh battery with a USB-C charging port and a USB-A to USB-C charging cable supplied. Charging takes 2-3 hours, but lasts a long time. A red LED by the scroll wheel indicates if it needs recharging. There is an on/off switch on the bottom that conserves power when the mouse is not in use.

Good mouse let down by faulty scroll wheel
Excellent mouse except for one weakness - the scroll wheel stops working properly after a while (as quite a lot of other reviewers have commented). Mine will scroll up, but only scrolls down intermittently. The fault developed after less than 12 months of use. If it wasn't for this critical issue I would give it 5 stars - it's comfortable to use, the buttons work well, the matt finish on the plastic provides a good non-slip grip and looks nice, and the shape and size are perfect for my particular hands. If only ProtoArc would fix the unreliable scroll wheel mechanism...

Great mouse at a reasonable price point
Early days, but as a daily work mouse it's intuitive, functional and easy get used to. Good price and build quality.

Very good. Recommended. Comfy. But.... One improvement.
Superb vertical mouse. Bought this as it was well priced and I wanted to try a vertical mouse to help with wrist pain. Takes a few days to get used to when coming from a regular mouse. But now I don't even think about it - it just feels a natural position. Smooth gliding. Positive buttons. Good generous size. Battery life is OK so far (only 7 days in! But I do leave it switched on all the time and it's only down to 58%) The only negatives I've found: First is the texture : it's lovely and velvety but so slippy! I had trouble gripping (keeping the mouse in a position in my hand without it squirming). However - a cheap and perfect fix for this and any other devices : the Supergrip universal grip tape! (See photo) This when applied in a few strategic positions makes for a SUPER grippy mouse. It's perfect now, even the lightest touch is super grip and doesn't squirm out of my hand. Even sweaty fingers grip perfectly. Still have half the grip tape left too (it's a thin rubber sheet of special grip surface). Second issue, in Bluetooth connection there the occasional stutter or jitter (maybe only noticed once every few minutes). So I use the included dongle and connect via 2.4ghz wireless and it's much smoother and solid movement. Don't be put off, it's still very good in Bluetooth mode, I am just very sensitive to things like this! I still use Bluetooth mode occasionally, and it's useful to check the battery percentage!

Bravo! Best mouse I've used. Natural and comfortable feel, ultra quiet scroll and buttons.
I was intrigued with the intuitive design of this mouse and wanted to try it out. If I could do a one-word review for this product, it is ‘BRAVO’. At first, only for a minute or two, it seemed just a little awkward but in no time, it feels very natural, and I found myself using it like I always used this mouse before. It just feels so natural in my hand. I don’t have to turn my wrist at all. I have larger hands, and this feels like a perfect fit. My index and middle fingers fit exactly over the mouse buttons and feel just natural. The mouse shape is curved in all the right places. It has a natural concave place for your thumb, a place for your index and middle fingers to control the buttons and scroll, and there is enough room for your last two fingers to rest against the side of the mouse. The side of my hand just rests naturally on the desktop for a comfortable feel. I first tried using the USB receiver and it works without a glitch. The receiver has the ‘ProtoArc’ label printed on the end. Under the mouse, you just click on the mode button to toggle through the available connection options. You can use this mouse for 3 connections, one with the USB receiver, and two Bluetooth connections. I share three monitors through a docking station with my Windows PC and my Mac Mini. I paired the first Bluetooth connection with my Windows PC and the second Bluetooth setting with my Mac. You just hold the mode button to put the mouse in pairing mode. I connected within seconds without any issues. The design, shape, and comfort of this mouse is exceptional but there are equal highlights for the operation of the mouse. The buttons and scroll are ultra-quiet and responsive. When scrolling, you can gently feel individual adjustments but no sound whatsoever. I personally am super impressed with the operation of the mouse. It is not just for looks. It is the best mouse I’ve used to date without exception. The mouse includes the USB-A to USB-C charging cable. It also goes to sleep if it detects no activity after 30 minutes to conserve battery power. You do have the option to shut off the mouse with the on/off button at the bottom of the mouse. This is another great feature to conserve battery power. Conclusion: The best mouse I’ve used. It is an intuitive design. It feels very comfortable and natural in the hand. The mouse is elegant looking, attractive, and the buttons and scroll are ultra quiet. A+++ product.
