Ultra Matte Varnish, Pot 60ml

Really fantastic stuff, I like many others sprayed it over existing matte varnish that came out too shiny, and it really sent it back to flat matte!! Highly recommended product

Why did you choose this product over others?: For some time now I have tried to get a really matte varnish finish on my models. I found that none of the matte varnishes I previously used achieved this - there was still a slight sheen. However, my search is over, AK's Ultra Matte Varnish is very very matte with no sheen even when brushed on! It is very thin, easy to brush on and a little goes along way.

Excellent, does exactly what it promises - saved a paint job where the varnish came out shiny, I just painted this over the top and it solved the problem.

Brilliant took the shine off very quickly

If it was any more matte it would suck light in! Great coverage, but very thin. Several light coats is most definitely the way to go to avoid runs or pooling. I can’t emphasise just how matte this stuff is, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this is perfect.

Worth the price. You don’t need to water it down as it’s already a perfect consistency and it really is ultra matte. I apply with a brush and there is no issues with coverage, it dries fairly quickly too

Utilisation sur figurined

Amazing matte finish! I'd painted some figures with thin acrylics and they left a gloss sheen. I tried a different brand of matte which was just as glossy as the paint. On a suggestion from a friend, I tried this and what a difference! Knocked all the shine off and gave it beautiful matte finish. Easy to brush or apply by airbrush, well worth the money. Dries quickly and goes a long way.

Ottimo prodotto. Finitura Opaca e uniforme. Per avere il miglior risultato bisogna stendere il colore uniformemente senza insistere troppo sullo stesso punto, ma fare vari passaggi e, solo se necessario, lasciare asciugare e applicare una seconda mano. Utilizzare con aerografo e diluire con un Thinner per colori acrilici (40/60 oppure 50/50) per dare una consistenza leggermente più acquosa che aiuta la stesura e il controllo del flusso dall'aerografo. Consegna puntuale, buon imballaggio

Sehr gutes Mittel! Dünnflüssig milchige Farbe härtet aber klar und matt aus. Benutze es für PLA und Resinmodelle die ich mattieren möchte. Meist auf lackierten Flächen (Acryl) oder auf beschichteten Teilen mit mica Pulver. Empfehle es eher dünn und in mehreren Schichten aufzutragen. Trocknet sehr gut und der mattierungseffekt ist super 👍

Je cherchais un vernis vraiment Mat car la plupart de ceux que j'ai testé avaient un légère brillance. Ce vernis est vraiment très mat et conserve les couleurs d'origine Je l'utilise à l'aérographe sans le diluer : Airbrush : buse 0,4 mm, 20 psi. Couches fines, croisées, à 15–20 cm. Mieux vaut 2–3 voiles légers qu’une couche chargée. Séchage : sec au toucher en ~15–30 min ; laissez 24 h pour une résistance optimale avant manipulations ou masquage. Bref j'ai trouvé mon vernis de référence pour mes figurines en résine.
