Good value for money product
Installation takes time but can be done in-house with the help of instructions manual. Elliptical is smooth and silent. Comes with a heavy 5 kg flywheel. More convenient to operate in standing position. Bluetooth connectivity needs improvement as bluetooth needs to be connected each time after starting ride. Also, Flexnest should provide atleast 1 month free membership for experiencing the virtual sessions.

Too small, hidden subscription cost - Don’t buy
One of the reasons for the low score is the buying experience. The moment you purchase it, the first thing it demands before use is to pay 599 pm (another 7000) foot a subscription, without which the blue tooth connection won’t work. Lousy feeling of being conned. The machine itself is too small and better suited for a child, rather than an adult. The elliptical feels jerky on the knees and the strides are very small with about six inch radius of circular motion, half when compared to a regular basic elliptical. Build quality seems decent but this is the first day - and now I’m also possibly biased by my first experience. Overall, not worth it, especially because it’s too small and you need to pay another 7-18000 over 3 years for a subscription. The service technician came AFTER the last day for returns, another sharp practice by the seller. Couldn’t return it. Mine is for sale at half price, in case anyone wants to take the chance.
