Beautiful Album
This is a wonderful album; an exhilarating mix of soul, country, folk, indie, R&B, and everything that is quintessentially Beyoncé. I love the sass of Texas Hold Em and the heartbreaking American Requiem and 16 Carriages. There are a plethora of collabs and a debut by Rumi Carter. Just when you think Beyoncé has hit her very best she moves the bar higher, Queen Bey has done exactly that with this album. Epic!

Country music fans don't waste your money on this crap
Except for her cover of Dolly Parton's Jolene this CD contains a lot of crap that has got absolutely nothing to do with country music. The fold out insert only has images of Beyonce. There is no listing of songs, i.e. no song titles, no names of songwriters, no listing of musicians, nor recording engineers. A shoddy bit of packaging.

Un manifesto
Cowboy Carter non è un disco, ma un manifesto. So che è ancora troppo nuovo, ma voglio sbilanciarmi comunque definendolo uno dei suoi lavori migliori se non il migliore. Ho apprezzato moltissimo che non si sia limitata a collaborare con i Big della musica ma a collaborazione con nuovi giovani artisti. Il brano di apertura, "American Requiem", apre in modo perfetto il disco con forza, solennità e rabbia. Brano che si ricongiunge perfettamente alla fine dell'album con il brano "Amen". Quello che voleva dirci lo ha detto senza fronzoli. Le do anche il merito di avvicinare le persone ad un genere più di nicchia. Le sue performance vocali sono sempre al top, un po' anonimo il duetto con Post Malone, meglio quello con Miley Cryrus. Stupenda la cover di Blackbird, dove ci regala delle vibes delle Destiny's Child duettando con Brittney Spencer, Reyna Roberts, Tanner Adell e Tiera Kennedy. Un progetto magnifico e dopo Reinassance e Cowboy Carter adesso si è già trepidamente in attesa del prossimo capitolo.
