Nice and bright

Awesome light! Perfect for my walk in closet. In my opinion it more masculine than the circles. But to each their own. Also works best against a darker ceiling. My only issue I had at start was programming the remote. Holding set up right away when you first power it up was the fix. Apparently the set up timed out at first.

Expect 2 hours to install. Instructions are sorely lacking. Most will need to furnish hot, neutral and ground 8 to 10 inch pigtails plus 3 additional electrical nuts because of ridiculously short leads on the controller. Add pigtails to home lines before putting up the plate. Orient the plate to the room before drilling mounting holes in the ceiling. Feed your new pigtails through the insulator they provide and jam into the plate. Throw the quick line connect they provide out - it is trash - it does not like 14g or higher gauge wire. Use traditional wire nuts. Start assembly with the largest segments first. Find a friend to hold the fixture while completing the wire-hitchup as it is awkward. The remote controller works well - but it will become lost or broken fast. Find a brightness and warmth setting you like, and the controller in the lamp remembers the last setting - now just a dumb ceiling light that has been tuned.
