ISO30 ER32 45L Tool Holder -1Pack

My cnc router doesn't get used as much as I would like and its never high precision work. So I can't tell you how much runout there is or anything like that. I just like having all my tools set up and ready to go and it takes a lot of tool holders. I also don't spend enough time on maintenence cleaning and making sure there is a little oil on the metal bits. We aren't in a high humidity shop but we do see some when the AC can't keep up. Esp with my mill in the same area with the coolant pump running all the time. Even though I don't take time to do the above nothing is rusting and they fit and release well. I cant really tell the difference between these and some of the more high end holders I have. They just work. No complaints at all. Would 1000% buy again.

Overall quality looks good. I use them on a CNC router no issues .

This keeps the same runout as my expensive German collet holders. Will see over time, but for now, color me impressed. Great value and seemingly quality parts.

I bought this because of the other two reviews said that it was worth it. For the price, I figured that I can take a chance. This product is $150 cheaper than the Techniks set that I have in my tool changer. There is no noticeable difference in quality. In fact, these actually look better. I have been using now for over a month without issues. There is only one negative. The covernut's notches for my wrench is not the same as the covernut that come on the Techniks. This is not a defect, nor was it claiming to be the same size. This is why I did not remove any stars from my review.

These chucks are a DEAL! Super well machined and very nice to use. I use them on my Laguna Maker and they work like a charm. Collets also snap in and out smoother which I like. Don't hesitate to buy these if you're worried about quality. They are worth 3X the price.

Finished well have no complaints about this holder

Absolutely fantastic. We have purchased quite a few of these and their performance has far exceeded my expectations. Will be buying more in the future. Do not waste your money on the "high end" ones from other manufacturers. The only thing high about the other manufacturers is the price.

Have been using them with a 10 spot ATC for a year now. Never any issues. Totally worth it. Don't waste money on more expensive brands.

Super Qualität, sehr günstig, Lieferung schnell Ich hätte bei dem Preis nicht so gute Qualität erwartet. Sehr guter Rundlauf, sehr gute Verarbeitung. Anzugbolzen muss allerdings noch mit Loctite eingesetzt werde, ist nur lose eingeschraubt. Passt aber sehr gut auf SCM und Hiteco.

These look very similar to the collet shucks sold by CNC Shop at 10% of the price.

Dopo poche lavorazioni il dado di bloccaggio si svita leggermente rendendo l’utilizzo pericoloso.. Una fresa da 13 mm è scesa di livello durante la lavorazione tagliando il piano di lavoro della macchina.

Sur un des écrous, les créneaux en creux pour la clé à ergots ne sont pas aux cotes, et donc on ne peut pas le sérrer. C'est dommage parceque sinon, le rapport qualité-prix était canon. Disons que ça jette le doute sur la qualité de l'équilibrage.
