I really enjoy the size of this ultrasonic as it fits all my jewelry and personal belongings. I do not use it for any larger items as it is only 1L but it is perfect for all my use cases and it fits very well on my counter. Easy to use interface and not too noisy. Probably don’t want it nearby you while sleeping though

I am very happy with this instrument cleaning machine. I work as a manicurist, and this is the best instrument cleaning machine I have ever tried.

Final review and update:11/14/2024 * Random snap buzzing sound for split second if left unattended and plugged in.Initial impressions:Right out of the box, the AC power cord & socket had a weak contact (both the cord itself and the inner inside of the socket) when i wiggle the power cord it would randomly loose power. So I had to remove the bottom panel (outer 4 screws) to tighten the power connectors (red & black), ground wire (green) was fine - its not a big issue for me but i can imagine that might be a huge disappoint for those who do not know how to fix electrical appliances.Features:* It does have a real transducer, strong vibe rhythm (noise is part of the functionality)* maximimum 30minute timer.* Degas (3 press on ultrasonic button)Cons:* A bit noisey but thats how it suppose to work* No OFF / ON switch* Looks kind of like industrial style, but really not bad for a small footprint.* power cord could of been a right angle, take up less space but you can purchase it separately, its just a standard computer power cord.Summary:Hopefully this will satisfy my need and hopefully it will last, it is strong ultrasonic with 30min timer it is way better than hose knock offs that only has 8min.

The first unit arrives and was noisy and might have been damaged during shipping. Within 3 hours of reporting the problem the seller contacted me and immediately shipped a new one. Service of this level is practically unheard of these days. The replacement unit works fine.P.S my wife confiscated it to clean her jewelry. It does a great job.

The instructions for this are not very user friendly. Not only does it not tell you what every part is for ( there's a white plastic slotted bridge) I have no clue what it's for. When trying to figure out how to work properly it gives more attention to troubleshooting than to proper utilization. The first thing I noticed upon operation is the timer is off. 5 minutes was more along the lines of 3-4 and the 3 minutes was more like 2. I do not know how much that matters to cleaning but will update once I try a few things.Just cleaned fiancé's engagement ring, ran a 5 minutes-ish cycle and 3 minutes-ish cycle. There seems to be a bunch of gunk from it in the bottom of the pan so that's a plus.I originally bought it to clean coins safely and depending on how well and if I causes any damage I'll add or subtract stars. Not going to put any that are valuable until I become more knowledgeable with this cleaner.

This is a nice unit and seems to function as well, if not better than the one at my local retail jewelry shop. I no longer take my jewelry in for cleanings as I can do that at home. Well pleased.

I am deducting one star because the given dimensions for the baket are wrong. The advert states that the basket is 6.2" long but it is actually just a bit under 6" at the longest point and even shorter at the sides because of the curved corners. I purchased this for cleaning diamond honing plates which are 5.9"x2.4" but they will not fit in the basket. I made it work using a hammer and anvil, but if the stated size was correct I wouldn't have needed to.I'm keeping it because returns can be too much hassle, but I am disappointed.
