Jonard Tools RBNC-12 BNC Connector Tool, 12"

This tool works like a charm. The BNC connectors have been have been a pain to connect / disconnect for years. Especially when working in tight spaces. This solved the problem and made the task much easier. If you struggle with BNC connectors, this is the tool to get.

This tool has changed my life in ways I didn’t understand until I used one. I’m a sound engineer who often sets up wireless mics and then strikes them a few days later. This tool helps with connecting NBC connectors inside racks where my hands just can get to. This is life saver on my knuckles!

Perfect for add/removing large amounts of SDI into a video rack

The tool does not clear the rubber hoods that are commonly molded just behind the BNC connector. Tools I have used in the past have just enough grip to manage the connector without gripping the hoods so much.

if you work in video this is a must-have!!! The space between SDI ports is getting smaller and smaller where my fingers are getting fatter I don't know which but this tool allows easy insertion and removal of 75 ohm BNC cable

I got this to switch the BNC connectors around on my wired security camera system. The 12 BNC connectors on the DVR are very tightly spaced and difficult to remove one in the middle. This makes it very easy. It appears to hold the connector by friction but once unlocked from its mating connector, the connector stays tight in the tool. I had to hook the connector on an accessible mating connector to free it from the tool. No problem if you are moving it from one channel to another.

This tool was awesome. It really helped in connecting the cameras to the DVR. The space to connect is ridiculously small that you can’t even get your fingers in there and this tool worked great.

Taper is just right for the many brands of BNCs I use. The shaft is brazed on to the collar and looks good for the torque needed--might give me pause if this were an F connector tool. True, none of this type will work with large molded-on strain reliefs...but I've never heard of a tool for that case. It does beg the question of how they got on in the first place. <g>

A handy tool for my toolbox. Unfortunately is does not work on most on the CCTV camera connectors as the plastic cable housing is larger than the BNC bayonet so the tool will not slide over the plastic to engage the rotating part of the connector lock. It works perfectly for all normal BNC connectors just not molded CCTV camera cables.

After having a dozen BNC extraction tools ranging from $8-$75 this one is by far the best I have used. The tactile rubber grip helps to keep a hand on it in hard to reach places. This is now my go to in my toolkit and behind the equipment racks.

I wish I had got this years ago, such a simple tool but saves you soo much frustration
