Got one instead of two
In the product description it says two count but only one got delivered. MRP is 79 but I paid for two. Can this be refunded?. Please make no of items is correct when product is delivered.

Package arrived having been opened and taped closed again. Inside, the safety seal was missing. Cannot reach anyone to consult with for a refund or exchange. Very disappointed with Vicks this time.
