What can I say—this product has exceeded my expectations in every way. It is extremely well made, with outstanding quality in both the materials and the overall construction.It will be absolutely perfect for my two chihuahuas during car journeys and even ferry crossings, giving them a safe, comfortable space that I feel completely confident using.I previously owned a Ferndale version, but this one is in a completely different league. The craftsmanship and stability are far superior, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design.While the cushion could be a little thicker, it’s really not an issue at all since I add their own vet bedding, which works beautifully.The separate carry bag is an incredibly useful addition, making it easy to transport and store, and the whole setup is simple to assemble. Once put together, it feels very sturdy yet remains impressively lightweight.Overall, I’m genuinely thrilled with this purchase—highly recommended!

This is great! I got the small size for my cat and it is huge. It could realistically fit two cats in it comfortably. I got it mostly for the top access to make it easier to get cat in for the vets. I've only had it a couple of days so letting the cats get used to it before encouraging them it.It just fits in my front car seat (medium sized car, remember to turn off front airbag). It's useful that the zip can be opened a little to let you comfort them without letting them out like a standard carrier. It comes with a useful carry case, but I plan to leave it up as an extra bed so they're comfortable with it. It feels solid. No issues with it collapsing with all the sides open.It's a similar price to standard smaller plastic cat carriers from the shops.Would recommended

These fabric crates are great for noise sensitive dogs. It's well made and good quality but if your dog is a chewer or easily destroys toys etc I don't recommend it, luckily mine isn't. It's easy to set up and easy to store away. It is nice and study but I knocked a star off as I think these crates should have a sturdier base so it won't sink/bow when carrying your dog in it, after all it is a carry crate and Amazon or anywhere don't sell the right size tray to buy separately.

I wish they did smaller size as in the previous range! I got a few years ago 53CM, which was perfect - the largest size one could comfortably carry with the shoulder strap. The previous version came with shoulder strap on the carrier itself which was fantastic, desirable, essential - and differentiated it from all the rest!In this new range, the smallest is 66CM, which is great but FAR TOO BIG for easy portability. Please bring back the 53CM!!! Preferably with shoulder strap!!! Everyone asks where I got mine, and I have to tell them that amazon no longer sells them...Otherwise, this is by far the best pet carrier you can buy. I have ordered many different designs and did comparisons.My cat uses this pet carrier every day and night as a hammock, lying on top of carrier, especially in the summer to cool, but all year as a fave spot.Sometimes sleeps inside as den.The structure is extremely sturdy metal structure. Very easy to assemble/disassemble.Great sturdy but comfortable quality materials. Plenty doors.Streamlined design, hits all the spots. Except, they need to bring back the smaller 53CM size and shoulder straps on the carrier!!!This version does not come with hanging bags, which were not necessary. Does not have the "amazon basics" stitched in - which is an improvement! I unstitched and removed it from previous version!It comes with a good carrier bag which has a shoulder strap. It should be possible to use this shoulder strap on the carrier itself - if amazon attached sturdy hooks for this purpose on the carrier.The price is extremely competitive, friendly and attractive.This is the pet carrier to go for, though currently too big for portability for smaller animals.

Really good piece of puppy equipment from Amazon. Sometimes the “basics” range is really just that, but this thing is well built and after a month of use, still standing strong.The metal frame folds open to form a very sturdy structure, and the double access compartments from the side and the end give you full option of how and where to store the crate with your pet in it.Very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend.

Top top top buy. I got for less than half price (unused return, plus discount, plus voucher). No idea how I got all 3 offered to me on one order. The bed itself is fantastic. Bought for Campervan and camping for a Labrador. More than enough space, comfy, handy. Definitely recommend. The full price is still a bargain with this buy. I got very lucky.
