This air purifier is amazing!!! I cannot say enough good things about it! I have allergy induced asthma and so I purchased this air purifier to see if it would have any effect on helping my asthma. After one week I couldn't help myself and so I checked the filters and was absolutely blown away at how much dust and hair was already in the filter that my family and I did not breathe in or that was floating in the air. I have noticed my asthma attacks have decreased dramatically and my husband seemed to gag and cough every morning from sinus drainage does not do so anymore. I was blown away when I first purchased it to see it adjust the filtration rate all by itself when I would be cooking or my husband would smoke. Now. I don't think of it all as it is so quiet. I would purchase this item 100 times over. I highly recommend!!!

Easy to set and operate as per instructions. Quiet while running and after 10 days there has been a significant improvement in our indoor air quality.

Looks well made and easy to use. Started right up, installed app and set a schedule for sleep and auto easily. Hopefully this makes a big difference for our big dog long haired Shepard!

We have been using this product for about 30 days when this review was written and we can tell the air in the house is lighter/cleaner. We purchased this product because our 86 year old Mom has COPD (she is not on supplemental oxygen)and this machine would also clear up toxins from gas stoves and fireplaces. Before using this air purifier, she would sometimes struggle with breathing while cooking or walking up the 16 stairs to the second level. She's at home a lot, so we wanted to clean up the air in the house as much as possible. We have not had to clean the filters yet; but it's only been 30 days and we are also good at changing out the hvac filters regularly. We leave it operating on auto, which is the lowest setting. The machine will automatically go to the next levels when strong ordors are detected; but will go back to the lowest setting once the air is clear. The machine is very quiet until it has to go to the highest setting to clear the air; so it's almost like an alarm too (not as loud, LOL). We move it around a lot, just because we are not sure where is the best location in the open area to get maximum results. We also have not taken it upstairs, but somehow feel the air is cleaner there too. The controls are very easy to use and self explanatory. The machine seems well built and has an attractive sleek look. We like the machine a lot, although sometimes we think we didn't need something as powerful for our home. We gave it a 4 star rating because we have not had to clean the forever filters yet nor use the company's customer service, so we could not provide any input on there. It's a little pricey, but hopfully what we paid will be worth it if the filters really to last.

I researched for a long time and getting a large air cleaner for my home. I decided on the new wave because of the positive customer reviews. I had the Nuwave for for about 6 months. It malfunctioned and I called customer service. Customer service was great. They walked me through the whole return process. Maria was very professional and kind. They paid for the return shipping and set a new one out immediately when they got my UPS notification. I couldn't be more pleased and happy with the whole situation. Again great customer service. This air cleaner is the best. Ilike all the stages that goes through the filter system. Very happy buyer!

UPDATE: Didn’t last a year. The fan sounds like it’s very unstable. It used to sound very smooth but now it sounds like it’s dragging. Extremely irritating. We’ve kept the filters nice and clean. WAY too much money to spend for it not to last a year. I am so disappointed because I loved this machine when we first bought it. Works very well. We are very happy with it. We named it Linda. LOL. Linda seems to clean the air very quickly. I love the app feature. I do wish the buttons on the app were easier to see when they’re lit up. So PLEASE FINE TUNE that. It’s a little hard to see on the phone. But otherwise it’s a nice air cleaner.

I've had the Nuwave about a week I can see a difference in air quality time will tell the real story. I like the washable filters.

For the price, I expected something better. It does the job, but is not as strong and fast as advertised. It does not remove cooking odors quickly and I do not feel the air clean as I expected to be for this price.
