Works on a tachyon
I used one, not for a raspberry pi, but on a particle tachyon board. It is working great. Installation is a bit tricky as the ribbon cable is somewhat delicate and getting it inserted “just so” takes a couple attempts. But very happy with it now that it’s installed and working.

Works!
It works! Plugged the Team Group 1Gb and 2 Gb ssds in and got my pi's running faster. Some caveats... 1) If you're using the 1U pi rack (uctronics) these won't fit and still allow the ports to stick out of the pre-cut openings in the removable trays without some modifications to the tray (at least not for me). 2) the Duo uses a straight ribbon cable to attach the pi to the NVMe card. this can get in the way of the sd card slot and definitely causes issues with the sd card adapter that allows you to mount the sd card to the front of the pi rack tray. 3) be careful with the connector on the pi - its extremely fragile. the part is super small so theres not a lot of plastic holding one piece to another. be sure not to drop the pi while plugging unplugging the ribbon cable. I had to attach and remove the cable multiple times trying to make the whole thing fit on the tray. Even with a lot of care, I ended up cracking the latch and had to get a buy another connector so I remove the latch to use on the exiting pi.

That's the second one I buy: the first one is still going great.
That's my second (identical) Pimoroni NVME board. They work well. The cable isn't too hard to install; take your time and understand how it works if you have never done it before. Overall, a problem-free product I have installed with 2 Pi 5

I'm very pleased!
Upgrade your Raspberry Pi 5 system disk from microSD to PCIe SSD. Much MUCH more storage and it can be done in about 15 minutes by someone of only moderate dexterity ... like yours truly. The Pimoroni website has very detailed instructions and they are kind enough to supply extras of the itty bitty screws and fasteners. And you don't need to re-install your software. You can copy your existing system from the SD to the SSD. All you need to do then is use raspi-config to change the boot order.

Works great. Easy to setup.
This board work great. I use it as the boot and storage for my R-Pi5 based plex server. Have two 2Tb NVME’s as boot/storage. Makes the pi boot really fast. It was easy to setup. I didn’t have any issues with the ribbon cable. Spent a few minutes understanding how the clips worked. Went right in. My only complaint is that a simple assembly guide for attaching the Pi5 to the top would have been helpful. Just something that showed which screws went where. It wasn’t hard to figure out but would have saved me 5 min looking at pictures I. The mfg website.

Failed base for ssd. Way over priced.
Worked for a moment then stopped communicating with pi5, ssd was working fine. I switched this for the now expensive duo board and that failed as well. I ended up getting a cheap 12 dollar nvme base and it worked perfectly no issues. I really thought i was paying for quality for the price but I was mistaken. Lesson learned.
