The paper quality is good for colored pencils, ok for markers. I used Staedtler triplus fineliner (yes I spelled them correctly) markers on a page and it was a few steps away from bleeding through, so I only use them for dotted things (such as ribosomes) and they worked great. The only thing although this is more on the colored pencils I was using; Prismacolor premier. They are a higher quality pencil with a very high pigment to wax ratio, and when going over some of the more detailed portions of the pages it can mute / make it more difficult to see the printed details. So I recommend using a pencil brand with a higher wax ratio such as crayola. Again not really important, but something to note. This book is also great for covering the one page with the labels and quizzing yourself, some books I’ve had previously have the labels on the same page which makes it much harder to do so. There are also review questions at the back of each unit which help with the smaller things. As well all the notes about the anatomy are thorough and explained clearly. For more details there are smaller portions that i have within my classes, and it is quite easy to add another label here and there. A lot of words, but to sum up this is great and fun for anyone studying anatomy. I would recommend! Review: Great book, didn't get to use it, but it's sturdy - Great book with detailed, beautiful illustrations. Came sealed in plastic, but unfortunately had some kind of perforation somewhere, because moisture somehow entered the packaging and caused mold/mildew growth on it, so don't leave it for too long like I did. Still looked great despite the mysterious damage though. It held up well to the damage and it was still surprisingly legible.

Informative and Relaxing
I'm currently in a graduate level Anatomy course, and I love this coloring book! It wasn't required for my class (we use a different textbook), so it doesn't always align perfectly with how we're approaching the material. With that being said, the foundation of the content is mostly the same. I find it to be a relaxing way to study without feeling like you're really studying at all. The colors and borders help with visual memory recall, and there's a lot of great background information for every section. The pages are thick and sturdy, and the book comes with an online access code to study on the go or help guide your coloring. If you're considering getting it, I say take the leap and go for it. It's worth it. As someone who does not normally spend time coloring, I find this to be an enjoyable, productive study tool overall. And for what it's worth, I think this is beneficial regardless of if you're new to anatomy or if you're very experienced and just want a refresher. P.S. I recommend using colored pencils that come with erasers since the pictures can be very detailed at times!

Great Learning Tool!
The book is great! I purchased this to assist in active learning for my current anatomy class, as well as brushing up on past classes before I begin nursing school. The book follows my textbook by chapter which is extremely convenient. Each section goes into great detail and matches what I am studying in class and in my text books. The pictures are terrific and informative. Each section also has text explaining basic necessary knowledge. I would highly recommend this active learning coloring book to anyone in the medical field, or anyone interested in learning about the human body! Being able to read about each part, learning the proper names, and coloring in the specific parts all at once greatly assists in memorization for any practical or exams- it allows the information to really “stick” in your mind.

Netter’s anatomy coloring book is awesome
I love it! It arrived yesterday and I was so excited so when I opened it up, I’m in awed and it’s like I’m learning about human anatomy all over again since high school. I’m a high school graduate so this is a college or on a professional level compared to the other coloring books. I test out by following the instructions and all, it’s amazing! Honestly, it’s so much fun and satisfying compared to the artistic coloring books out there that bore me easily. But I got so hooked to this book! I couldn’t stop coloring and learning about it! Yay I’m really excited to use this to apply to my pre med path. This is going to be so helpful to me especially with the ebook version so I can use that to apply for the notes and such. I highly recommend it. It will be so beneficial. I haven’t got far in the book yet but pretty much, there’s a lot of positives compared to one negative. If only this had a big spiral, that would be great but it’s fine, it’s a minor negative so it’s not a big deal to me. Look for this textbook on YouTube videos, there’s one that specifically talk about this and that’s how I was convinced that I had to choose this out of the other human anatomy coloring books and it was definitely worth every single dime of my money haha. The drawings in this book will help me so much to practice my drawing, as to inspire me to advance my note taking skills. All I can say is that, don’t miss out and do not let the reviews let u think that u shouldn’t get it because of the low reviews, I assure you, the other ones are either not fully accurate, in depth and for many reasons which is why I chose this textbook. This is actually made by the professor who have years of experience alongside with many help of professors, scientists and such. Don’t miss out on this!

Detailed illustrations and lots of great info
This book is nice for reviewing, studying, or learning about anatomy. The illustrations are very detailed, and each picture comes with lots of information and there are quizzes at the end of each section. The book is separated into chapters based on organ systems, like skeletal, muscular, nervous, etc.

Making university slightly less depressing!
Basically a way to study and do an adult colouring book at the same time! Most of the material is pretty basic but a really great way to solidify some facts.
