Easy to install, whisper quiet, great remote with several handy options of light and fan speed settings. It is reversible with the remote! It is so handsome/beautiful in my wood panel room, due to quality. I love the colors and wood blades are 100% It works so well, even at a low speed, i get gentle cooling into adjoining rooms in my old home! The customer service is outstanding. Wow. What a surprise this was. Matches the wood in our library perfectly. Blades are real wood. Very easy to install. A little different than the big box fan installation but still easy to had to balance after install. Only downside is that it beeps every time you turn it on. It can be silenced after it is turned on but still beeps on start up.

Instructions for attaching blades aren't very clear, be sure to check your assembly vs the picture so they are not upside down. Goes together and installs easily, functions well, very quiet. I bought two and they are working well, the ability to select different light types is nice and the remote control makes everything easy.

I have purchased these for several properties both indoor and outdoor usage as I find them to be the quietest fans with the least susceptibilities to wobble. Installation and assembly are also easy. The airflow and lighting hue and brightness are excellent and fully customizable

We bought this fan for our guest room, and everyone who has stayed in it has commented how beautiful and unique this fan is. The remote is easy to use, the fan moves a lot of air, and it’s quiet. We have had other fans that wobble or creak, making distracting noises when they are turned on. Due to the solid thick ceiling attachment, instead of a thin tube like many fans hang from, this fan does not wobble or make any noise. We have had it installed and in use for 8 months now, and it is still perfect in every way. We will replace all the other fans in our house with this model. I hope my review is helpful to you.

Loved them when we first put it up. Installed in a house that is being completed over a years time. Fan worked when we put it up and now we tried it again and its not working. Light works fine. Haven’t even moved into the house yet. Guess we have to look for new fans.

This is a beautiful fan and it came packaged very well. It was put together quickly and put up fairly easy. It works as it should - but not as effective as expected. Really like all the features and it is very quiet. The problem is it does not move the air as much as we would like. If you have an 8ft ceiling .... maybe a 9 ft, it might move the air enough. If you have anything taller, even in a small room, you are not going to feel the air movement much. Remote control function is great so guests can be in bed and turn features on and off. Overall, good fan for a lower ceiling.

I really like this fan. I ordered two for my upstairs bedrooms that were angled, thus needing this type of fan. They not only look great but also function well.

Beautiful fan, easy to install, but there is no support wire but not really needed. The wood slats are very nice. Only issues are that the stated 48" fan is actually 42" and I did not want 42". It's small for what I wanted. I am not going to bother to take the fan down, I will just have to live with it, knowing I could have gone bigger for the space. The other issue is that the max fan speed of 6 on the remote does not seem fast enough. I wish it was faster. Super quiet though.

Instructions were lacking big time. Forget about using your light switch from now on. Every time you turn off your light switch and turn it back on again it resets the fan back to the original color, setting and brightness. No one wants to turn their lights on with a remote control every time you walk into a room. It's not a good design at all. Apparently, they are all like this. There is also no instructions on how to program the remote.

The product itself is good. I like the light and speed settings. Installation was good. Dealing with the sellers was uncool.
