Short version - sturdy and durable. Quiet and not ridiculously heavy. It has several different settings and the hand rope thingys that connect to the sides are helpful for balance. Longer version - I purchased this as a woman in her late 40s. Already several years post menopausal, I’d become very sedentary and about 20 lbs over weight. In the first month I couldn’t get through the full 10 minutes without having to stop to have a bowel movement! So that was interesting. My shins were sore and it was the strangest thing feeling movement and vibration in areas you don’t even think about, it’s difficult to explain you just have to feel it! I used it every morning and at night I used it sitting down( I have poor circulation to my feet so the stimulation before bed is nice). After that first month I noticed a considerable slimming in my face and neck, my shins no longer got sore and I could get through the 10 minutes without having to stop to run to the bathroom lol. I think because of the help getting my digestion moving I also appeared much slimmer in my pooch and love handles areas. I now use it at least 4 times a week and still quite often in the evening sitting down. I absolutely believe it loosens my muscles before stretching or yoga, has improved my digestion and in general has been one of the most effective pieces of health/exercise equipment I’ve ever bought. Update - adding a star because I love the broadness of the platform and it's fantastic for working out! Have you ever test-driven a Mercedes Benz and a BMW? I have. That is the best way I can explain the vibrational "differences" between the Flybird Vibration Plate to the other brand in my immediate post. The Flybird is a BMW. The LifePro is a Mercedes. They have their own distribution and distinct "drive" aka vibration styles. I loved both for different reasons. For working out - I particularly enjoyed the Flybird platform for size and stability when stepping on/off leg workouts and also the width and depth of available space. I also loved that you could get this amount of vibration plate space for workouts for under a C-note. My store is running a special - or rather the brand is. See comments to get yours. Taking off half a star for the Flybird for two things. Similar to the other, the resistance bands that come with it - colossal annoyance to workout with, the rubber piece attached clanks or makes the workout loud during use. When not using it's a beautiful smooth sounding machine. So I highly recommend pairing your Flybird with a separate add on of large loop bands in lieu of the provided. I'll post examples. Large loop bands and the Flybird are vibration pairing made in Heaven. The second thing for removing a half star is the platform material is not comfortable for me personally when barefoot. So it is to me - 💯 suited for workouts. So 4.5 / 5 stars. Which is not a dig - it's just what are you getting one for? It does come with a one year manufacturer warranty. Lifepro is a Lifetime Warranty. Overall I rate LifePro VibraPulse 4.8 / 5 stars. I took off points for two things about the VibraPulse LifePro when it came out the box. But we are here for the Flybird. Excellent in class vibration plate. I highly recommend for workouts mainly. I am keeping both. This is not a sponsored pos - I invested in my Flybird and I'm keeping it. Plus I'm an online personal trainer and I have multiple uses for multiple brands. I also really try to review products I use and love and hope you have a great experience if you get them for yourself! The Flybird is portable, 17 lbs and easy to move from room to room in your home gym space. And can easily stow away. However - if you wanted to transport it daily to your office cubicle it maybe a little on the bulky side. Whereas the VibraPulse LifePro fits in a tote and is 12 lbs. So overall - I am thrilled to have this FlyBird. Again I highly recommend for home gym or remote office use.

I purchased this FLYBIRD 4D Vibration Plate primarily to help increase bone density. I haven't used it long enough yet to measure results for that specific goal. I will try to update my review when I can get some result. Meanwhile, the machine is working as advertised and so far, I’m pleased with my purchase. The triple motor system with 4D vibration modes (oscillation, linear, and pulsation) provides a great workout experience. I appreciate that it operates quietly and feels stable during use. The 7-in-1 mode combinations give me plenty of variety in my sessions—so many that I’ve only tried out a few so far. What really sold me on this model was doing my research first. After consulting with a friend who’s knowledgeable about vibration plates, I made sure this one has the right Hz range (5.2Hz-40Hz). I had a bad experience years ago with a different plate that made me feel sick, but this FLYBIRD doesn't cause any discomfort. I actually feel great after using it. I love the cool lighting effects! The remote control is convenient, and I was really pleased that it came with color-coded resistance bands. Overall, excellent quality for the price point.

I have tried many vibration plates. Trying to find the best one for me. This plate is a great size with strong vibrations (200W power) and 120 speeds. But when I’m on a higher speed, the plastic covering seems to make a rattling noise. Other than that, the plate itself is quiet while it suctions firmly to the floor. I love the fact the touch screen is angled, so when I’m seated, my legs don’t hit the screen and turn the plate off. I do feel the shaking helps with my pains and is comfortable on my feet. All you need is 10 mins a day. I gave the board 4/5 since the plastic rattles while on higher speeds. Item comes with remote, resistance bands and power cord.

I researched it on PubMed, and a recent meta analysis (overarching study) of 30 research studies supports the role of vibrating plates in promoting bone density (DadeMathews et al., 2022 Complement Ther Med 65:102811, PMID: 35093509). So I'm on board. I looked at different instruments that could do more than just vibrate and this one does 3 modes and came through Amazon. The latter is beneficial, just in case it does not meet my needs and I can then return it. So far it seems to work and I feel fine after using it. It comes with 9 pre-set programs and can also be run manually using the controls on the machine or the remote. You can feel it working out your body as you stand on it. On Program P2 it tells me I burned about 170 calories. Sounds good though I'm thinking it may depend on the weight of the person using it. The booklet is missing some information; it does not tell you exactly what each program entails and what the difference is between each program, so I will need to work that out by doing the different programs. Looking at the tiny pictures, it seems that each Program only does 1 type of movement, not a combination of all three (oscillating, pulsating, lateral). But I may be mistaken. It would benefit the manufacturers to explain the programs better. The price is competitive for a "4D" machine. My daughter, who owns a different (more expensive) brand, tried this one out and gave it two thumbs up. I will update in due time once I've figured the Programs out. Standing on this gadget for 10 minutes a day beats walking around with 30 lbs on my back...my other plan for bone strengthening. My guess is this is way easier on my knees than the 30 lbs.

Today I received my vibration platform... I am very satisfied!!!!! I hope it will work for a long time.. I haven't figured out what Bluetooth is for yet, I don't understand what it is for, I would be grateful if the seller explained... but in general, for the first use, everything is ok.. I want to note.. Girls, women who are overweight, do not regret buying this platform model for yourself.. yes, it is not cheap like on Chinese sites for $60-100.. I paid almost $290 with shipping, but it feels like the platform is strong.. by the way, it is quite heavy, but my health is more important than anything, so for people who are overweight, you need to take a vibration platform that is appropriate for your weight... I already wrote it? Do again This is good for Edema! It vibrates makes it feel funny at first, but than it feels good! It helps with pain relief & gives you energy once you do a session! Try to do two sessions a day. Start out slow 5 minutes then to10 minute. This is easy to use. Versatility because you can program it or just use the turn on button & the arrow button! I'm returning this item for a couple of reasons. The main reason is that the vibrations don't feel good at all. They really cause your head to jiggle too much and it feels like your brain is gonna be shaked loose. I purchased another vibration machine from a different company last year in the US and I loved the vibrations on that. They felt very smooth and effective, but this one feels absolutely horrible. Another thing is my feet are size 39 and they barely fit on the platform so if you have larger feet or your a man it's not going to fit well and it's going to be uncomfortable.
