Silicone Bread Mold 5 Loaf Baking Mould Flexible Reusable Forms Shapes Non Stick Perforated

I really love this bread mold. I make subs and having this makes it so much easier. The only downfall I found is I put it in the dishwasher to clean them. When it was done washing went to use it again I had a soapy taste to my bread. I don’t what happened or way. I ended up hand washing it multiple times and put it in the oven without and bread to bake it off. Now I just rinse them off. I ended up buying 2 more bread molds cause I like them so much.

First off, this is a liner. You must already have a 16x24" sheet pan to put it on. It will not hold its shape without support. This isn't something you can put directly on the oven rack. That being said, it is exactly like what is used in Subway restaurants. Theirs may be a little more heavy duty for commercial use, but this is as close as you will get for at home. I have used mine 3 times and my bread has come out just as expected. Cleaning is very easy, I spray with water, wipe it off with a soapy sponge or dish cloth, rinse, shake of excess water and dry witha towel. It cleans super easy and rolls up nice for storage. I love this liner and plan to order the one for burger buns.

Used this to make sub rolls for the first time and loved using this. Perfect for making the subs. They did not stick and cooked prefectly. The subs popped out easily. When I was done it easily folded up and was able to store it.

I bought this to make smaller loafs. Work pretty good, but I when there is a loaf on the outer two molds it starts to bulge out and making loaf sort of flat looking. Cleanup is ok, have to let it soak a little to get all the stuff out of the holes. Holds up well to heat.

These are definitely flimsy like paper, yet sturdy and won't rip easily. I knew they where going to be flimsy from reading reviews however they work easily on a cookie sheet. Loved using them.

My husband makes sour dough bread all the time and we really like the smaller size of these loafs. The silicone held up great for baking. Pleasantly surprised at how well it worked.

I got tired of not being able to make uniformly shaped sub style loaves, so I bought this. I think a lot of negative reviews are using this as a standalone product, but it should be on a baking sheet. I use the large aluminum baking sheet you can buy at Sam’s Club and it fits like a glove! For my specific recipe, each piece of bread was 8 oz (around 225 grams) pre-bake and it filled the pan pretty well once proofed! Of course your recipe will vary, but that is a good starting point if you aren’t sure of how much dough to use!

the ability to make my own sub buns is fantastic! I scored it 5 for sturdiness only because it is sturdy when using a baking sheet with it, anyone who thinks silicone is sturdy on its own isn't really thinking... you NEED to use a baking/cooking sheet with this product. Produces a nice even browning and washes up really well and is dishwasher safe if you want to wash it that way, then it can be folded up (roll up) for storage. Mat comes rolled up in a small box along with instructions for use if needed.
