Storex Small Cubby Bins – Plastic Storage Containers for Classroom with Non-Snap Lid, 12.2 x 7.8 x 5.1 inches, Assorted Colors, (62406U05C) (Pack of 5)

These Storex Small Cubby Bins have been an absolute game-changer for my indoor hydroponics garden. I can't help but give them a well-deserved 5-star rating! Although they are marketed as plastic storage containers, I've found a unique and unexpected use for them in my leafy green vegetable garden. Firstly, the size of these bins is perfect for my needs. They fit seamlessly into my gardening setup, allowing me to neatly organize my plants and keep everything in order. The sturdy construction ensures that they can withstand the weight of the growing plants and the moisture without any issues. What truly sets these bins apart is their versatility. The smooth interior surface is easy to clean, making it ideal for a hydroponics environment. The walls of the bins are high enough to contain the water and nutrients, preventing any spills or leaks. I appreciate the multiple compartments, as they enable me to separate different plant varieties efficiently. Overall, Storex Small Cubby Bins have exceeded my expectations in every way. Their adaptability and durability make them an excellent investment for any indoor gardener. Whether you're using them for traditional storage purposes or for something unconventional like my hydroponics garden, these bins are a must-have. I highly recommend them to fellow gardening enthusiasts looking for an efficient and reliable solution.

I've bought these before in other colors and love them. They're great for organizing and quickly grouping projects and items together. I keep some by the front door to throw small items in that I want to disinfect later (re Covid), like masks, keys, and mail. If you've never bought these before, just know that the lids do not snap in place. They fit loosely on top. I already knew this and it works well for me, and is fine for stacking. But if you need a lid that snaps in place, these won't work for you. This set of cubby bins with lids is hard to find sometimes (might be a seasonal item?) so I was happy to find them back in stock on Amazon.

Nice storage bins. Only real issue is that the lids don't stay on. Very sturdy, though, so I guess it isn't a total loss.

Like a lot of people say, the lids don't really snap on. The lids kind of just sit on the container. However, I'm more than okay with this as I'm using it for my daughters crayons, markers, crafts, etc. I wanted something that would keep the items contained and organized, but still allow her some access. The colors are bright and the containers are very sturdy. They stack nicely as well.

The lids don’t snap shut like tupperware, but they close and that is fine for my needs. The lids are see through and this allows me to identify the contents of the tub without the need to label the tub. I’m using the tubs to store small tools and various supplies in my tool room. The tubs sit inside the drawers of an old chest of drawers. This allows me to keep my tools and supplies organized while taking advantage of the storage space provided by the chest of drawers.

I would give these five stars except that too often the bottoms aren't flat and so the Cubbies roll from side to side, which makes them not worth their high price

Great value for the cost! These are containers are extremely durable and high quality. The clear lids fit nicely and allow for easy stacking. The color matches exactly what is in the picture. I’ve purchased these before and will purchase again.

Love them and the color.
