I bought this phone for everyday home use, and it has been working flawlessly. The setup took less than two minutes—literally just plug it in and it’s ready to go. What I like the most is the audio clarity; the full-duplex speakerphone makes conversations sound completely natural without any echo or cut-offs. The backlit screen and keypad are super easy to read, even in low light, which is a huge plus. The battery life is solid, and the range covers my entire house with zero interference. Is an amazing product, is pretty easy to use, and really comfortable to have a phone call on, the screen is basic but it gives you the readability you need for the activities you use it for. It is pretty useful, and functional, it has Caller ID, Redial function and a good speaker, it makes really good noise when you get a phone call so it helps you to hear it from wherever you are in your house, or business. It has a convenient size, and the battery life is not bad even though honestly we haven't noticed because as soon as we use it, we return it to the charging base. I think it is a good fit for home use.

Got this phone for my senior citizen father. Had to replace an older Vtech cordless phone that was having an issue with the buttons getting stuck. The buttons on this model are large and bright. The screen is also easy to read. It serves it's purpose and the price was right.

Setup was very easy—just plug in the base, connect the line, and the handset was ready to use. The DECT 6.0 technology really does provide a clear and stable signal. Even when I step outside with the handset, the reception stays strong, and the voice clarity is good enough for long conversations without issues. The backlit display and keypad are helpful when making calls at night. The screen is bright enough to read caller ID information clearly, and the green keypad lighting makes dialing simple in dim light. The full-duplex speakerphone is also a nice feature. Both parties can talk without the conversation cutting in and out, which makes it feel more natural than the half-duplex speakerphones on some cheaper models. I also like the practical features included, such as adjustable volume, a mute button, and compatibility with hearing aids. The phone mounts easily on the wall, and it doesn’t take up much space. This cordless phone is impressive for its price. It has good sound quality, the usual features, plus it's supposed to hook up via Bluetooth to headsets. That was a key reason I chose it. Unfortunately, I can get it to the point of indicating it's searching for my headset, but it never connects. That same headset connects easily with my cell phone, but not for this phone. I contacted VTech support who basically told me to follow the directions and if that doesn't work, return it. The only other weaknesses are the buttons which require a hard push with no clear sense of when that is working. On the positive side, the choice for ring tone is better than usual--I actually like the short bit of music and the tone is pleasant, the voicemail works well (though i use my online version), and it feels OK in my hand. Overall, I still like using this phone primarily because of the call quality, but without the Bluetooth connection, it is only partly successful.

Nice, compact phone with sizable buttons. Each button is backlit to see easier. The two minor drawbacks is that the handset has a tendency to slide out of the cradle when replacing it if not seated properly. There is minimal wiggle room and requires looking at the cradle. Secondly, face of phone is difficult to read from the side making recognition of an incoming call almost impossible to see.

The product is not working. I brought this product with so much hope and excitement and i am very disappointed. I also cannot return it because the date has passed.

Adapter with 110 volts input is not meant for usage in India so should not have been supplied. Moreover, the plug is also not for use here.

The Power adapter is compatible with US only 120V
